I was waiting and hoping for a September promotion, but to no avail. I fail to comprehend why RPM has completely ignored its customer base at a time when other sites are rebuilding theirs. Personally, after playing on RPM for a year, I have not played for a couple of months here due to this. Not only has a huge player pool left us (as now competition for RPM), there are no promotions anymore. This is not a smart way to build a loyal customer base. How do other people feel about this? Have people migrated to Lock or Carbon? I honestly see 0 incentive to stay here...

Before RPM locks or deletes this thread, this was not to simply bash RPM. I would like a legitimate reason why promos are gone, if they are coming back, or any plans that include incentive for RPM players to stay at RPM. Thank you.

You know what I really don't understand either. RPM can feel free to tell me why I would be better off playing at their merge skin than at Carbon where they added a promo, while RPM just took away two of theirs. Hell I remember when they were doing amazing promos not so long ago like grind 10k hands cash get 109$ ticket, wall of fame, free 11$ ticket for playing a lil bit. I'm honestly baffled what could have caused this change of heart.

Why wont RPM respond? Seriously, this is quite unprofessional to only answer customer questions that do not require real answers. I expect better, but I am starting to realize that was a mistake on my part.

Not really. What Seth posted was basically a non-response, hence why I lmao'd. Especially because these past few months also have not had a link at the top of the forum stickys highlighting the promos for the month. Why? Because more people would realize exactly what this particular thread is highlighting.

I am very, VERY close to never playing on this site again. I have already played demonstrably less over the past couple months. I am disgusted by the inertia, and it's clear this is neither the best skin nor the best network for me to play on anymore. It was clear a year and a half ago, but the skin has steadily declined since and I find it rather pathetic and sad really.

At least poker revolution is offering good promotions, just dip off of merge.

Correction at the end of my last post: It was clear RPM and Merge were the best skin and network for me a year and a half ago.

RPM used to say it was best because of its promotions and customer service. Its promos are now gone and its customer service has been surpassed by Carbon. Joke.

There is no explanation. They simply don't have the money to give better promos. Lock leaving was devastating. Keeping their mouth shut is clearly the correct play here, even if it screams to us things are not going well.

It wasn't lock leaving only. The problem is that given all of the rakeback deals etc. none of the casino/bookmaker sites will join them cause their players will be harvest by rakeback skins. Everyone offers huge deals but no one provides fish (the only skin tha tdo this is carbon maybe).

The only big fishy site sportsbook.ag/playersonly limit access to the games for their fish...

The promotion this month is awesome. No promotions is the new promotion! Going to wait till next month then jump to another skin so I can get rakeback.

It reminds me of that South Park episode where Cartman buys an amusement park and doesn't let anyone in until he has to slowly let people in to maintain the place, then it blows up and every business starts to keep people from using their services thinking it's a great way to do business.

Network fees fluctuate. They likely have gone up recently. This would put the squeeze on some operators, not all of them, and I cannot comment about RPM because I have no inside knowledge of their financial status.

Lock was in fact the biggest culprit of this theft, except they stole from ALL Merge skins. By a massive margin Lock stole large percentage of high volume players by breaking the network rules left and right, then split to form a new network. Now, with a low margin business, they have the industry's worst customer service, don't pay promos, and are pretty terribad with cashouts. Excellent business strategy!

Besides reading their joke of a forum here on 2+2, you should read this at poker fraud alert

Carbon is in excellent shape as you've speculated, tweaked and reran some old promotions, and offered more money in said promos than previously.
