I was waiting and hoping for a September promotion, but to no avail. I fail to comprehend why RPM has completely ignored its customer base at a time when other sites are rebuilding theirs. Personally, after playing on RPM for a year, I have not played for a couple of months here due to this. Not only has a huge player pool left us (as now competition for RPM), there are no promotions anymore. This is not a smart way to build a loyal customer base. How do other people feel about this? Have people migrated to Lock or Carbon? I honestly see 0 incentive to stay here...

Before RPM locks or deletes this thread, this was not to simply bash RPM. I would like a legitimate reason why promos are gone, if they are coming back, or any plans that include incentive for RPM players to stay at RPM. Thank you.

You know what I really don't understand either. RPM can feel free to tell me why I would be better off playing at their merge skin than at Carbon where they added a promo, while RPM just took away two of theirs. Hell I remember when they were doing amazing promos not so long ago like grind 10k hands cash get 109$ ticket, wall of fame, free 11$ ticket for playing a lil bit. I'm honestly baffled what could have caused this change of heart.

Why wont RPM respond? Seriously, this is quite unprofessional to only answer customer questions that do not require real answers. I expect better, but I am starting to realize that was a mistake on my part.

Not really. What Seth posted was basically a non-response, hence why I lmao'd. Especially because these past few months also have not had a link at the top of the forum stickys highlighting the promos for the month. Why? Because more people would realize exactly what this particular thread is highlighting.

I am very, VERY close to never playing on this site again. I have already played demonstrably less over the past couple months. I am disgusted by the inertia, and it's clear this is neither the best skin nor the best network for me to play on anymore. It was clear a year and a half ago, but the skin has steadily declined since and I find it rather pathetic and sad really.
