Thank you for submitting all of the requested information to verify the
security of your account.
I am pleased to inform you that our security verification process is
now complete. Your gaming account is fully enabled and you are free to
continue playing, and you can now use the credit card in question to
make a deposit in to your account.
At the moment the only thing we are missing is for you to provide us
with an explanations as to why there's an IP mismatch on the account,
meaning the account has been accessed from a different country than the
one it was registered from. Until this explanation is provided the
account has been set to inactive.

Why is my account still locked? , my account was opened in Spain, but
i am now in vacation in ny and have been for 6 weeks.


RpmSeth any reason why this is being done now ? I am getting 0 response 4 days later

I'm pretty sure you cannot play on RPM in NY, have you tried live chat?

Pretty sure that is not the case, I think you cant open up a NEW account if you are from NY but all exisiting accounts pretty sure theres no problem.....hopefully you get an answer soon so you can continue playing...

I opened the account in Spain sometime in December, i relocated there 3-4 months after Black Friday, then when i got here i decided to play some on there. I have not tried live chat , i thought i had to be able to access my account to use live chat. I have heard you cannot register new accounts from NY tho
