No...it means you won't have to worry about your funds being seized causing a check to bounce or wire to not come through and so on.

Seth I appreciate the response and I expect everything to be smooth shortly....

Re: RPM Poker Withdrawal Thread

Are these cashout problems/delays only for USA players? What is the best/fastest method to withdraw for non-USA players?

As someone who has had a check pending approval for 6 weeks now (well, in two days it will be 6 weeks)... is there any current estimate on the wait time? I was initially told 2-3 weeks, then 3-4 weeks, then 4-6 weeks... it's been 6 weeks now and still nothing.

Due to the unique situation in the USA, this thread was intended to be a thread specifically for US Players, and their cash out status on the RPM skin. (before it got merged anyways.......

I would guess 6-8 weeks, but that could change.
Check back in two weeks

Re: RPM Poker Withdrawal Thread

based on the fact that i recently luckboxed a couple mtt's back to back, (2nd and 1st place respectively) on 6/9 and 6/10, i'm going to make a test withdrawal from rpm. i'm encouraged that rpmjon states a large number of checks have just been sent out. i'll post results,(or lack of) regularly.

6-11-11 - sent documents for verification

Re: RPM Poker Withdrawal Thread

Sigh...how have withdrawal times been quoted from "3-4 weeks" to "4-6 weeks" and is now easily "6+ weeks"? Seth, you mentioned that a large batch of checks went out on Thursday, but how come I have only seen 1 post stating a successful cashout on Merge since then? What exactly constitutes the definition of "large"? I absolutely hate reiterating the same point, but I'm already getting frustrated waiting "only" 3 weeks. I can't imagine what people who have waited 6+ weeks are feeling. You cannot blame people for feeling like Merge is either ignoring or being way too casual about this situation regarding US players at the moment. This is just unacceptable and if you peruse the other threads, you will see many many people leaving RPM/Merge to Lock/Bodog/sites with efficient cashouts. I sincerely hope management at RPM and Merge recognize the direness of current circumstances.

P.S. How is it that 1 person supposedly successfully cashed out after waiting 2 weeks while others have had their statuses pending for 6 weeks? This is particularly of note due to most Merge skins all using the Merge cashier, which should imply a queue of simply time, but this has now been shown to not be the case.

it is only sunday today. that's just a couple full mail running days after thursday's mail. i wouldn't think anyone would have gotten a check from that batch yet. i definitely understand your diminishing patience though. i too have made a deposit on another site due to the number of posts i read on their withdrawal thread. i haven't given up on rpm though.

OK. Anybody in the "large batch" will now have had their status changed to "processed".

Anyone having their check status changed to "processed" this past week please raise your hand.

Re: RPM Poker Withdrawal Thread

If people spent 2% of the energy fretting and writing about this on sending emails to their three congresscritters (everybody has three: 2 senators and a representative), we'd have legal poker by now.
