Custom graphics ftw..Its so bad for the psyche to be staring at red tables all day..the worst color possible for poker players. Not sure how much more I can take.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

two things really, please get rid of the mini tables/fix them. Its really hard to see the action and whats happened before. I stake quite a few people on merge and this is the biggest complaint.

also fix the bet slider, the pot buttons are nice but the slider is bloody awful.

Suggestion: Make the timebank balance carry over from one session to the next. If I just start playing and have a big decision, I cannot request any time because the balance seems to start fresh every session.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

In all honesty I love playing at RPM...

good support
fun software
cool features
good action

But unforuantly when you play for a living you need to be able to move money around quickly sometimes and the withdrawl options are too much. 3 weeks for a check is way too much. Using usemywallet and getting hit with 10% fee everytime you deposit and withdrawl is rediculous at best.

On one major site I can cash out on any givin day within 2 business days back to my checking account using echecks. Until you get this option Im going to have to leave. But once you add this feature I will be back and Ill be suggesting your site to every player I know. Its just a manditory thing you need to compete in this business.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

wait, since when has there been a 10% fee for usemywallet? I've never noticed that (though i've mostly used ewallet to deposit and withdraw)

We have an expedited check option; 10 days door to door. All you need to do is e-mail your VIP host! PM me for details, please!

As far as processing to e-wallets goes, I've passed this on to Merge.

Thanks,
Seth

Oops I meant ewalletexpress

And I saw that you added expedited checks but when I enquired about it they said it didnt matter which one I used because they were both backed up and were both taking 3 weeks. Maybe I was misinformed or was mistakened which is likely but thats what I think I was told.

If you dont mind me asking..Whats stopping you from having the same type of fast echeck withdrawl stars has? Are they paying a large amount to offer that service?

are you guys referring to the fees charged by ewallet (10% up to $150) and usemywallet ($30ish i think) when you cashout from them by bankwire? I don't see any mention of a fee in RPM's cashier for ewallet/usemywallet withdrawals.

But it's easy to avoid paying the fees charged by ewallet/usemywallet. Just deposit the $ from ewallet onto another poker site which allows echecks or free check withdrawals.

I can't really comment specifically on the payment processing of other companies, but I will say this. The Merge Network refuses to risk losing the money if its players to a rogue processor, and if it takes a few extra days to process your transaction AND ensure the safety of your money, it's going to take a few extra days.

Best,
RPM Seth

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

Brighter cardbacks
Having a hard time getting used to this.

Higher minimum buyin (35bb+)
Shortstacks. Enough said.

Option to turnoff $ display on tables (and lobby)
Shouldn't be too hard to add this option.

More filters in lobby
A dropdown menu with each stakes would be great.

Mods

Choice of colors for background and table.

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

Been playing at RPM about a week now, here are my suggestions:

- It's often hard to see who still has cards because the card backs blend into the table background. A different card back option would help immensely.

- All of the fonts are too small, but mainly $$$ amounts in players' stacks, $$$ amount in the pot, bet size amounts, timebank font, and all the fonts in the 'action option' area at the bottom. And I'm comparing most other softwares like PS and FTP using the same size table as a benchmark.

- The timebank design is really terrible. It's so hard to see, notice, and read. It's almost camouflage against its background.

- The bet slider is pretty awful. Most of the time when I click it, I have to wait a second before I can click it again. Also, increments in one BB at a time to click would be best. I think the way it is now it goes up in multiple BB increments, and these increments are bigger the more money that's in the pot.

- Like everyone else said: higher minimum buy in.

- A different table naming convention would be nice too. All the tables at a specific limit seem to have the same name, but different number suffix. The only differentiation at the same limit are BBJ and non-BBJ. I think naming each table a different word, instead of a different number, would be much more user friendly.

All in all, I'm enjoying playing here. Hopefully my suggestions will help!

Re: RPM Poker Suggestion Box

What's up with the 50nl HU tables? There are exactly 4 of them, and no empty tables are showing up so no one can start more. Is this intentional? If so, why are you only allowing 4 50nl HU tables? If not, this should be fixed...

N.B. I haven't noticed this for other limits, but that could be because there are fewer than 4 running.

There's no cashier button at Playersonly so it should be possible for RPM to remove it as well.
