I would just like to reiterate the need for HHs that are usable in Replayer and for posting in Pokerhands. I can use the text from my PT3 to post individual hands to a rail, but getting a full text HH would make it easier to review my sessions.
Everything that has been posted here is cosmetic, albeit important. The number one most important suggestion that Merge needs to absorb is to change the Rake structure to one that is common across all of your competitors. Yes, there are limitted choices for US residents, but if you are going to succeed worldwide you need to attract a wider audience and to do that your rake cannot be oppressive.
Raking in .20 pot size increments when the leaders in the industry rake in $1 pot size increments is oppressive and will assure that you never attract a European crowd. When you consider that Cake (who will likely be your biggest competitor for US traffic) also rakes in $1 increments you will slowly lose business to them in you don't level the rake playing field.
Think long term....not short term. You have great customer service. Level the playing field on rake and you will crush the competition.
It would be nice to have some Mixed game, HORSE, 8-game etc multi tournaments and sit n gos from 1$ and up they will get plenty of action. Hopefully soon.

I know that RPMpoker has seen much improved traffic on there site since Black Friday. My favorite tourney on the site is probably the $3 re buy $3,500 gtd tournament.
I think that it would be great for us to let RPM know what tourneys we enjoy the most, and what changes they could make to bring more players to the site.
I personally like the $3 re buy $3,500 gtd tourneys. I would like to see twice as many running per day, you are getting over 450 runner every night for this tourney. Add a $5 re buy $4,000 gtd tourney to your schedule and up the guarantee in the $11 re buy up to $6000. An $11 1 add-on $1,500 gtd H.O.R.S.E tourney would be cool too.
Small request: You should be able to expand the size of the lobby window vertically without the lobby also expanding horizontally. I want the area where the games are listed to be maximized in size, there is no reason for the rest of the lobby to expand as well.

This. This also to the person who suggested being able to sit out on all tables at once. That is huge to multitablers
I moved to Cake today as a result mainly of the rake. The software is substantially better too. I wish Cake allowed HUDs but everything about it is superior right now to Merge.
Maybe I'm just missing it but I can't find a way to see how many initial chips I get in tourneys, especially when registering late. Before the tourney starts I can find it but not during late registration.
