Provide more incentive for rakeback players for moving up the gear levels, like maybe a % increase in VIP points earned for rake like Stars does.

I dont really play enough volume to reach the top gear levels, and 10k points takes a ton of time, so anything to give me more to play for is great!

I'm not complaining about you guys' promos or anything because I think they are probably the best in the industry, but the gear levels seem a little arbitrary for players who can't put in a ton of volume.

I don't think a store or anything is necessary but I'm sure you see my point.

when youre trying to take notes and your turn to act pops up, the cursor goes away from the notes, but it doesnt let you press any action on the table youre taking notes on..would prefer it to just leave the cursor where it is

There's really two things that are a must:

1) A good 4-color deck, someone suggested PS Hypersimple style. Absolutely necessary.
2) Cashier in the app not the browser, or some way of determining your current total balance without having to manually/mentally sum the amount of money you have in play with the amount you have left outside the app. Not sure how difficult this would be.

I can't seem to find a way to change color scheme i.e. felt color, floor around table color, and card color. Most important for me with this is that the cards don't blend in to the background. Currently it's gray on black, which makes it tougher for me to see how many players are left in pot

In the upper right hand corner of all tables there is a drop down menu that has custom colors. It lets you customize everything from the rail to the cards. Pretty sweet.

Merge really needs to offer HU super turbo SNGs w/ 25-30bb starting stacks & 2-3 min blind levels.

These games have become more popular than regular & turbo speed SNGs on FTP & to not offer them would be a big mistake.

Does RPM have any plans of either a security token or at least a PIN # when one logs in?

I don't know if it's pretty standard but I'm really hating the min cash of this $5.50 freezeout being less than a full buyin. It would be better served offering less places paid out so that way everyone who cashes actually profits.

Security Token seconded, if we dare put enough money on site to care. Not a RPM problem, just the world we live in. Notes suggestion from above is +1 for me.

Also this has surely been suggested but since the theme of the site is speed, racing, etc then a Rush Poker ripoff would be AMAZING.

I'll do my best of a list, please feel free to add things that I may have missed. RPM Poker, here is what I (we) would like to see:

1. Security token and/or log in pin number.
2. Log in screen that gives us the option to remember password but doesn't automatically log us into the client (until I click "log in.")
3. Hyper turbo HU SnG's. 500 starting chips, two minute levels.
4. Min cashes should always be a profit, even if it's a small one.
5. Four color hyper simple deck like on Stars.
6. A WU/MG cash out option. I would be happy to pay a fee to use this and you could set a high minimum like $500 or $750 (one cash out per 7 days) so it doesn't get abused.

Anyway, this is just my wish list. I want to say thank you to RPM and tell you that you guys are doing a great job. Thank you for your A+ customer service. Also, thank you for this sub forum!

Is that true merge no have anymore money to process any cashouts? 4 days cashout delay is too much and i have get everyday inform from livesupport that come next few hours first 3 days and now last day it have been paid in any second.

I dont play in RPM but i have money inside in 2 difference skin and i think merge take care of my skin money transfers so maybe there no have money anymore?

I get also today email where support ask me cancel and request cashout again if i dont have get that yet to my moneybookers..? LOL
