A suggestion from me:

Something showing how many games playing / how many games waiting (for SNG's / MTT's)
Me also but I usually will open new tables and just sit there. They eventually fill.

I am going crazy trying to understand what has been opted in etc re promos and then what has been paid.

Bonuses like fast lane, they show up as pos. bal. adj. like rake back? Cos if so that seems a bit weird, not separating rb from a promo etc.

All this stuff must surely be better laid out no?

Will you guys please add heads up PLO8 tables for all stakes? I see there's heads up tables for PLO, but none for PLO8.

Put a lobby button somewhere on the tables, i get so tilted trying to find the lobby when I'm using two displays. I also think the tables in regular mode should have the capabilities to be resized smaller, at least to the size of Stars, Cereus and FTPs tables. Merge's tables take up so much screen space compared to the other sites (I realize there's mini mode but im more of a fan of the standard-looking tables)

click the INFO tab.... Lobby button is there..

I'm sure most of this has been mentioned already but:

1) A more advanced filter is a must. It's pretty annoying to have your lobby filled with games you don't even play.

2) Why are there promotions that we have to opt in to? Who in their right mind wouldn't want to be part of a free promotion? Just remove the opt in request. This makes no sense to me.

3) Please make the history page within the cashier more detailed. The adjustments aren't labeled so you don't know whether the money was from rakeback or whichever promotion it came from.

These are the 3 that annoy the hell out of me. I would like to say that in my 2 months at RPM, the customer support and the promotions are some of the best in the industry so thank you for that!

I agree with all of this.

This would be awesome. I remember talking to Seth awhile back and he was all for it.

Agree bigtime with #3. Sometimes I have adjustments and don't know what they are.

The opt-in thing I understand. If someone doesn't opt in to a promotion, RPM saves money. This keeps them from having to pay people who are playing on RPM and for whatever reason don't know about the promotions like the fast lane or double points. It's really smart from a business standpoint. The promotions are there, but it forces us to take the extra step if we really want it.

Maybe I'm alone here, but this is one of the first rooms where I actually root for them to make money too since the service and value are both so good. I've been playing on RPM basically since they started and they really know how to take care of their regulars.

Yea, Better filters is a huge +1 for me

+1 for better filters. It would be awesome to be able to select only stakes we want to see instead of high, medium, low.

Any update on auto sitting people at new tables when the specific criteria are set?

I know you've really pushed this and I'm not sure if Merge understands its importance for everybody involved.

Players who are on the waiting list for a specific table might really want to play on that table because of bad players and may not be happy to be placed at a different table.

Maybe it would be better to have a second type of waiting list consisting of a pool of players willing to play on any 6max table as long as it has five or six players. This way, if there happens to be five or six players on this secondary waiting list, a new table can be created for them and they won't be upset about it.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet but it would be nice if we could get a little notice saying we have finished the tourney in x place. You dont know how annoying it is to be playing 15 SnG's and pushing your stack in and having no idea what happened. I played a set last week and thought I was doing great till I noticed I was no longer on a bunch of tables!

1) Ability to request and receive HH from support. I disconnect once an hour because my internet sucks and while I usually get back to the tables fine, the result of that hand is lost forever. Had two big hands when it happened yesterday, both of which I won. My results are incomplete and that is tilting.

2) Real 4-color deck (along the lines of PS Hypersimple). Contract it out to Fozzy71, IMO. Shouldn't be that expensive.

3) Table-filters for stake. We don't need complicated minimum VPIP/average stacksize/etc. Just don't show me .01/.02 tables with .25/.50 tables.

EZ network-improvement game.

I'll do it for free if they tell me what format the files need to be in.

+1

Also, I would also like to add the ability to use Points for Tournament buy-ins for SNG's. This would increase SNG traffic and provide an alternative to a big field MTT for some players.

They can still refuse the notice if they do not want to sit at that table. Something needs to be done when it is not uncommon for there to be 7+ players on a waiting list and no one sitting. I know its from the automated system but most agree that they need to implement something to solve this problem.

+1 Would be nice to have a lower variance option.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why merge hasnt made filters better.

It seems to be a unanimous issue that regs want fixed.
