Please tell me that in the update, they have gotten away from the stupid flash based stuff and gone to something more reliable and able to perform. And, no, wrapping/embedding your flash client in java does not count.

Will your hand history formats be changing with the new software release? I'm trying to figure out if my record keeping software will need to be adjusted when you roll this out.

in regards to HH.. usually this happens at middle of night, i click HH and it just doesnt come up, just bunch of folders will be there but not the actual hand?

^^ Are you using PT or HEM and having processed hands moved to another location? That's the default behavior. The folders remain but the files are moved. Otherwise. No idea.

It's been like this for me as well for a while now. Instead of the hands just showing up I have to dig through those folders to find the one I'm looking for. But not a big deal really, it just takes 8 seconds to find the hand instead of two.

As someone who has absolutely no interest in Jackpot tables, it would be nice if lobby could display real money AND vip point balances.

Also please add omaha hi/low dons. These get a lot of action on cake.

The ability to see both cash balance and VIP Points at the same time in lobby would be nice.

when i sit down to a table, it should automatically sticky the table so i know i'm playing there. or somehow have it highlighted in a way to tell me i'm either sitting at the table or waiting there.

the way the lobby sorts tournaments is extremely annoying. if i sort it by time, it doesn't actually sort by time. it was like this in the old software too and it makes no sense. i don't need certain tournaments stickied and others auto-sorted in some weird subset that i don't care about. i just want the freakin tournament that's starting next at the top ffs

some nice changes, though. finally got rid of that stupid BJ icon!

ETA: is it me or is the hand history all screwed up? i can't seem to easily view the previous hand...

time zone is incorrect. i live in the eastern time zone and it is 6:17 right now. site is an hour off

i don't think i'm being credited with my bonuses either. i've played yesterday and today and it looks as tho i haven't played at all

tournament ticket ledger is screwed up and showing every ticket i've ever gotten, not the ones that are currently available to me...which should be zero since i'm pretty sure i have none right now

points and money ledger are not loading, and if they eventually do, it would be nice that they update in real time because it used to be i would have to open the internet thru admin button and then close the client and refresh the web page in order to get the current count. i can't even see anything ATM or get a web page or anything...

new software, i thought for a second that the rebuy problem would be solved. Just got my hopes up for nothing lol..I guess its just never happening... maybe merge put too much time in making new simile faces and forgot
