We definitely hear all of the suggestions regarding the hand histories, as it's something we've been lobbying the network to change as soon as possible.

Hey Seth, ltns. The only suggestion that I can think of that I haven't read yet is that the lobby updates are pretty slow. I play at the HU tables and it's been the case where I'm sitting and the lobby hasn't updated in a while. Usually, unchecking the filter box and reapplying forces a refresh, but this isn't consistent.

Other than that, hope the cashouts are smooth, need money for a house soon! Hope all is well.

You better hope because I am waiting for the cashout via moneybookers for 5+ days now and the worst thing is that you can't withdraw more until previous withdrawal is over.

also, please add heads ups limit O8 tables. really sucks waiting a half hour for somebody to play, and then the table filling up (you're welcome btw. i kid, i kid) when i just want to play heads up.

SNG satellites to the Grand Final Satellites. It won't work well for the $550 Aussie Millions ones, but the $250 ones for WSOP/WPT events I think you could do a 10-table $33 buyin and 2nd gets some money. Would be nice to see these things not be winner-take-all

There is seat selection. It's the red button on the bottom left corner. There are 4 or 5 different options and one is seat selection. It updates after the hand plays out. You're welcome.

Oh, and I made a new thread about this but there need to be multiple open heads up tables at one time. They don't populate quick enough for me to open a bunch and sit in. Thanks.

maybe a pop-up screen that let's people transferring money know that the transfers were made... or that a transfer is under review.. so that I don't have to sit and worry whether the money i'm transferring will transfer or not.

Site also needs a way to save settings. I always want auto-rebuy to full stack selected but feel like having to do it each table each session is annoying. Same with picking my seat. Made even more annoying if I accidentally close the software while I'm in a session.

The update also seems to have changed the way you access the cashier stuff, though -- the tab pops up a separate window instead -- and now there isn't a way to see your VIP status or exchange points for credits like there used to be.

Can we bump up the min buyins so that it's at least 20bb's (25 or 30 would be better ) at every level.. just going through the levels right now, here is how the min. buy-ins break down:

4nl- 12.5bb
10nl- 5bb
25nl- 20bb
50nl- 20bb
100nl- 20bb
200nl- 20bb
400nl- 25bb
600nl- 33.33bb

I can understand the small min. buy-in for 4nl, and I'm sure the 10nl is low because it used to be the smallest level (for 6max anyway) that rpm had... but there is no reason someone should be allowed to buy-in for 5 big blinds.

Yeah I prefer the old Cashier which opened in a tab within the client, and showed vip status/coupons etc within it. Now you have to click Player Admin to see that stuff.

I like the auto-rebuy though, great addition.

Ok, RPM has a serious problem with their Ledger History. After some discussion with support it seems that the ONLY way to get that history is from the Ledger History page through Player Admin. However, this history (a) only goes back 30 days, and (b) can only be selected a single day at a time.

This is a total deal-killer for me and probably any other US player who files taxes correctly. Without any way to retrieve my complete previous year's history, I will have to record each day's data as I play. This is something I am unwilling to do, given how much online poker I play.

There really needs to be a system in place for me to retrieve a full year's history in some bulk format. Poker Stars has a system that allows you to request an account audit in Excel or CSV format for a specific date range. Full Tilt will send you the information in Excel format if you email support. It is totally unacceptable that RPM cannot supply me with this information.

I sent rpmseth a pm a while ago..and I know one other person did too.. and neither of us have heard from him.

I'm pretty sure the comp points were phased out when they changed over to the new VIP system, mine are gone now.
