What is going on with support? I contact you people with two obvious colusion instances no reply, today I reg for 3 sng's and well into half the tourney my screen still says loading despite logging off and on to try to get it to come up, I try to contact live support it says no saftey certificate and wont load...WTF is going on with you people!!!!!

Live chat is available daily from 10 AM to 8 PM PST through the client or RPMPoker.com. You will likely not receive a response email from security regarding collusion as it is handled internally by Merge Security.

If you win a ticket in a free roll how long before it expires? I don't see an expiration anywhere when I view tickets. thanks
