Hey Seth,

A query about your VIP cash rewards:

If while in 4th gear(45,000 $450) I earn 80,000 which is 10,000 less than 5th gear(90,000), I can then receive two $450 rewards for 80,000 for a $900 total? Is this correct?

Also, if it is maxed out at $450 in 4th gear, what is the exchange rate set at? This is not listed in the FAQ. Thanks much.

Hi Seth (or anyone.) Just one easy question I couldn't find answered in the forum.

Are you required to play satellite seats won in the specific tournament, or can you unreg and use the $$$ elsewhere like tournament dollars?

I have a HEM question on RPM...can someone familiar either PM or I can skype.

I've been able to get HEM to mostly work on RPM but for some reason my stats don't show up on the screen in full ring when others do...thoughts? I don't think it is saving hand histories in the folder I assigned it to on my desktop. I have tried adding an import path and it is saving an XML file there instead of the HH?

I understand that player to player transfer funds are restricted from withdrawals for 7 days, but are they able to be transfered to others before 7 days? Thanks in advance.

I must be missing something here...

When I go to my VIP points ledger it shows 2 sessions one with a credit of .03 and one with a credit of 36.18

If I go to the VIP points exchange it says I have 100.75

When I go to the rake cahse it says I have 91

What's going on here? I just deposited today and I'm trying to make sense of this. Thanks!

Not necessarily, but these transfers will require manual approval from the security department.

I received a ticket to the daily $2,000 guaranteed tournament. Thank you for that, but I am having trouble finding it. Checking my Tournament Entry Coupon Ledger, it says it is for a $11 Satellite.

Where can I find this elusive beast? All I find on all the 2k guaranteed $11 tourneys only show cash or 1100 point buy-ins.

Hello I allready have rakeback on Carbon so im wondering if I would be best to deposit on rpm after June 1st or is now or June 1st gonna be the same thing.
Also will I be able to earn close to as much $ back to me with your vip plan as I would with rakeback if I play a fairly high amount of cash games?
