If I qualify for the Overdrive Club are my withdrawl fees waived for life, or is it a one time offer?

Thanks

Your withdrawal fees are waived for the following month, and we'll cover any e-wallet fees you incur up to $50. If you want to continue receiving these perks, you'll need to qualify again the following month.

I thought it was 90 days on the bonus?

It is. Even if it says your bonus expires after 60 days, it's really 90. Don't worry about it! If your bonus expires early, just PM me.

This is good to know! Thanks for clearing this up, I can gauge the time frame better.

Is there a way to receive tournament summaries?
05-09-2011 , 03:36 PM
If I havn't made a deposit, will I be able to accept a transfer from another player? Wanted to verify this before I tried to trade a greendot moneypak for funds.

Dealt or contributed?
Thanks

If you're asking about receiving a full hand history back from RPM, Merge is unable to send out hand histories via email. However, you can save your hand history to your hard drive and go over it when your tournament is finished!

There is nothing that precludes you from receiving a transfer into your account. In order to transfer funds out, though, you will need to verify the identity on your account.

No, I have the hand histories. I was asking about the tournament summaries themselves where it shows finish positions and payouts for everyone entered in the tournament or Sit & Go.

As a limit Hold'em player this is a big issue for me. Especially since my stakes are right in the heart of the area that gets impacted the most- 2/4 and 3/6.

They have to be hearing a lot about the rake structure and I am really hoping they do something about it. I want to make this my new home, but not if the game is unbeatable based on the rake structure.

As I said in another thread, think long term. You have great customer service. If you go to an industry standard rake structure you will dominate the post BF online world.
Thanks!
Seth,

Hero Poker CEO has stated that Merge is aware of the concerns with the rake structure for limit games and is going to make an announcement in the next week about a change. Can you comment or elaborate on this statement?

Thanks!

We have already passed on the comments regarding the rake structure to Merge Gaming. If there are any announcements to be made about the matter, it will be posted in our forum as per our usual custom!

Did RPM change their Live Support client? Before when you would click "Support" via in RPM client, it would open in the RPM client, now it seems to open via web browser. Is this just on my end or has something changed? Just curious.

RPM Poker has enhanced VIP support; we have RPM specific representatives (RPM Jon, RPM James) who can help you specifically with RPM promotions and cut your wait time for support by hours. The kind of support you need depends on the kind of support the client is linked to!

I downloaded and created an account through Carbon Poker, I have played freerolls on the account, but never deposited. If I now download the RPM client, will I use the same username/password as the account I created on Carbon, or do I have to choose a new name?
I have decided I want to play on the RPM client for the Merge network, am I precluded from doing so because I have already downloaded and played on the Carbon skin?
Also I am interested in rakeback and deposit bonuses through RPM poker, do I need to sign up through an affiliate site, or directly through RPM?

Thanks for your help in these forums!
Cheers!
John

You'll need to create a new account on RPM Poker. If you have not played for real money on another skin, you will not be excluded from any promotions or offers from RPM Poker. Please PM me with your username and I'll look further into this for you.
