Done with this site. They make it damn near impossible to clear your deposit bonus for a tourney player. 227 games played according to sharkscope, yet I didn't get 1 cent from my deposit bonus and it's set to expire on the 25th of this month. No wonder they only release in $10 increments.

The bonus clearance rate is set my Merge. This was talked about a bit the last few days in the May promo thread. But even though the skins don't set the clearance, the fight for a better clearance rate shouldn't end. We don't have access to Merge so we have to put the pressure on the skins to take player concerns to Merge. We can't just let the skins say "Merge sets the clerance rate, end of story."

The clerance rate is a joke. A 150% first time deposit bonus that most new player don't even come close to clearing is a disingenuous offer. And it isn't just the first time deposit bonus. Read the May promo thread, one person mentioned that he got the Overdrive bonus and only cleared $30 of the $1,500. Seriously, giving out 150% deposit bonuses that the average person can't clear is knowingly deceiptive on their part. Players would be better off with only a 100% bonus that they can actually clear. The same goes for Overdrive, King of the Road and monthly bonuses. Some high stakes players or heavy grinders might cringe a bit at what I'm saying. But those players better not whine about the lack of fish/rec players. The rake is too high and very little bonus money is going back into the hands of fish/rec players to continue playing. I'm not saying Merge should give away the house in bonus money but the clearance is at least twice as high as it should be.

Okay I'll cut to the chase, the highest VIP RB% is 45%, in my humble opinion the BONUS rate should be at least half of that. When you are clearing a bonus it would be nice to know in the back of your mind you are clearing at half the top VIP rate. The current bonus rate of 75 VIP/$1 is about 13% rakeback. That 75 VIP/$1 needs to come down to at least 40 VIP/$1. And the increment of paying out at should be lowered from $10 to $1. A $10 payout number? Are you kidding me? The min buy in for the lowest limit games is a buy-in of $0.60 get people to the tables as fast as possible. $10 payout number? The min. buy-in for no limit is $1.20 get people to the tables as fast as possible. $10 payout number? The min. buy-in for tournaments is $0.11 get people to the tables faster.

Is any of this sinking in Merge? Or should I say RPM since we need you to take this info to Merge and get this crap fixed.

This is ****ing absurd. The $60c 10k is on other skins at the moment, but not on rpm. Why do you guys just randomly ****ing remove tournaments? It was done with the $75r two months back "removed temporarily" and wasn't back up for 2 weeks. How do you expect people to continue grinding on your skin when you continually dick everyone with cashouts and can't even continue to offer the same tournaments as other skins.

We are told that there are currently no restrictions in place for Spanish players on the Merge Network.

Tried depositing by a cash transfer today.
I spoke to RPMJon a few times by the live chat option. Wondering why it was taking so long for the deposit to hit my account.
Then after about 3 hours from entering my MTCN in the deposit sequence, i get an email saying that there is a problem with my MTCN, and that i need to cancel this transaction and start a new receiver name and get a new transfer #.

Not to happy so far with RPM, being this is the first time i have tried to deposit. Now im wondering if my money will ever be deposited in my account. I have looked at the receiver name 45 times and it is all spelled correctly.

Any help from you RPM guys would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard that if you deposited with western union a few times that withdrawing becomes available with western union, I've also heard that this feature is only available for carbon poker. Could we please get some clarification, it seems that this would be a superior cash out method, seeming that your checks now take 4 to 6 weeks to come and clear.

RPM Poker uses the Merge cashier which is also used by Carbon Poker. Any options that you see on their cashier are also available through ours.
