Ya, it's not showing up on my RPM client. Both the preferred seat button and smiley button are missing.

I have not gotten paid my $10 bonus from Tuesday or any of my double VIP points day (Monday I had 5,000 hands and Wednesday was double day). When do these come in?

Wednesday usually pays out by Sat. and Friday on the following monday. I don't do the other ones but maybe 2 to 3 days later.

You can always chat RPMJon on day 3 or so.

I don't remember for sure if this worked, but I think it did. From old computer go to program files or program files(x86)/rpmpoker and check users folder. I think there is notes and tags or something .dat. Drop these in your new computer same folder.

Save the copies you have in case it wrecks it all, revert if needed. Worth a try. My computer died post black friday, and I did get my notes to my new computer. Of course all the fish are gone from then and only the regs live on and I don't need that many notes on the regs at my stakes.

I receive 33% rakeback on Carbon. I know merge recently changed up their rewards program. I was wondering if there was much of a difference between just getting rewarded str8 up from RPM compared to receiving rakeback from Carbon. I usually earn like 250-300 VPP points (after rakeback) a month. I'm asking because I'm interested in creating an account on RPM as well as still playing on carbon.

No, but it has been fine for me lately. Maybe it was fixed in a client update.. don't know.

If the final board is J-10-9-8-2 all hearts will KQhh and 67hh qualify as the BBJ? you are technically using 2 cards in your hand with the 6-7 to make a straight flush but it will be shown as J-10-9-8-7 for a J high straight flush on the hand history which will only be using 1 of your holecards.

So I registered an account on RPM a while back, never played a hand or had any transactions at all, but when I try to login it says that my account has been suspended and I need to talk to support.

Is this standard? Anyone? Should I just create a new account under a different email?

IS there a way to save settings on how i have my lobby games/buyins? Everytime i close out my software, and reopen it everything mixes up, as in i have it set for certain games/buyins on top and buyins of certain games all ready, but then when i exit off i gotta clean it up again... its very annoying how do i fix this?

Filters are all messed up today, wtf is going on. Start times are way off late reg is in the middle of the page and nothing fixes it. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
