Huds allowed on all the various Merge skins?

How many tables can you play at once?

Lastly, for what is now a casual player (20k-ish hands/month at uNL), which would I benefit more from: RB or VIP?

TIA.

How long do you have to wait until you can transfer funds after a deposit? I just deposited via cash transfer and its telling:

"You cannot initiate a transfer at this time. You do not have permission to make transfers."

HUDs, yes.

If I recall correctly, max is 18 table for ring games and unlimited for MTT/SNGs.

RB is probably better, but it is no longer offered for new accounts.

You need to verify your account first. Click "Player Admin" on the client main lobby, then look for the "Account Verification" link on the web page that opens.

i played about 1k hands and then opted in for the 10k hands promo, do the 1k hands still count?
01-02-2012 , 06:17 PM
From their promos page , no it would not . However , I would get ahold of rpmseth or rpmjon through the rpm vip chat and explain your situation and ask if they can help you out . The promos were not up until very late , so you have a chance imo . gl

If you opted in any time on Monday, then the hands you played will count.

I'm sorta confused about all these skins' VIP levels. It seems to me that RPM's top tiers are much more difficult to earn than Carbon and Lock (25k pts vs 300k pts) but I imagine I'm missing something here. I'm trying to decide where to deposit and will be putting in at least 60k hands a month, so obviously it's very important to know the exact % RB I can get at any place. I know the effective rb/cash rebates are capped at 35%, but are all the pts xchanges effectively the same or am I actually going to get more RB at Carbon or Lock since they can be exchanged more easily?

The RPM skin looks really great I'm just concerned about these particulars.

The RPM Poker Top Gear VIP Program is based on your lifetime rake and does not reset monthly like other programs do.

I'd also recommend taking a close look at the RPM Poker promotions for a glimpse at how you may receive extra value.

Thanks for the incredibly prompt response. At what level do you get the maximum 35% rb/cash back equivalent?

**Edit** NVM, figured out it's Q level.

Earlier today I had the RPM client/website open and was attempting to do a "cash transfer" deposit. I typed in the amount and got to the next screen with some instructions, but I didn't finish the transfer by going to a Western Union store/website.

Now I want to cancel that initial larger deposit, and deposit a little bit less instead. I tried again but it says that I can't do it because something about only being able to do one deposit in seven days. I didn't finish the earlier bigger deposit. I want to have it cancelled or changed so that I can deposit a bit less.

Please let me know if this is possible? If not I may just finish the initial deposit for the larger amount.

Also, for the first initial deposit, I didn't type in a bonus code. I have one now, it's RPMPOKER. If I finish the earlier larger deposit, can I apply the bonus code to it? If not then I won't complete the initial larger deposit. Thanks, Yojimgari

I opted in for the taledega tuesday promotion (2k hands) when does this usually get paid out and/or should I receive a conf. email showing that I did actually opt in?
01-04-2012 , 04:36 AM
@Yojimgari :
Not sure if any of the RPM representatives are/will be on at this hour, but you can try PM’ing them - RPMSeth or RPMJon. Or you can hit up RPM’s live chat support and they will prolly be able to fix/resolve your problem while you’re on with them. The online chat support hours though are from 9 AM PST to 9 PM PST.

Usually some time the following day. The exact time seems to vary. I got mine today early am at 1:05 server time. In the past, it has hit my account anywhere from late morning to late afternoon.

You can check for it in your Player Admin>Ledger History. It will be listed under the heading "Category" as “Balance Adjustment” - Positive $10 balance adjustment.

And no, you won’t get a confirmation e-mail that you did actually opt-in.

If you don’t see the positive balance adjustment in youtr ledger history by the end of the day, then contact support and ask them what’s up. (hopefully they won’t say, ‘Sorry, but we don’t have any record of you opting in for this.’ but even if they do, just whip out your copy of the opt-in email you sent them from the Sent Emails folder of your email client )

if someone gets 100,000 vip points in a month is it true the max rakeback they would get is 2700 (900*3) since you can only redeem vip points 3x a month?

no you can redeem each level, as you change immediately not at the end of the month .. then if at J level you can redeem 3 of J level, 3 of T level, 3 of level etc. Not 3 redemption per month, just 3 max. However if your at J level you don't want to do any at a lower level.

does the BBJ rake count towards VIP points or just regular rake?
01-05-2012 , 12:25 AM
I searched but couldnt find the specifics to my answer. I know bonuses are released every 375 VIP points but when are they released, instantly? Also does earning double VIP points count towards releasing bonus dollars? Thanks to everyone that has already answered my questions.

Yes, instantly. Double points do not count. Note that the Overdrive Club bonus releases only every 750 points ($20).

Dmyers....how much is the extra rake. I avoid BBJ tables like the plague, but there have been so many going at the LHE tables that I am sometimes tempted.

you know the answer in BB/100 relative to non BBJ tables?

I looked at my db and found the following LOL sample size but results seem reasonable .. does not include latest run where I've play a lot more FR BBJ I'll try to add that tomorrow maybe.

I've only played 1/2 BBJ .. 2/4 doesn't run much and I expect it to be tougher than 1/2.

BBJ sample size is tiny 302 hands .. at least VPIP and rake converge a bit.

Rake w/BBJ taken 4.05BB/100, ... MGR 5.43BB/100

This is pretty ugly.

FR non- BBJ tables .. 14K hands ..

Rake 3.58BB/100 ... MGR 4.3BB/100

So if I have completed this correctly .. the table is paying about 1BB/100 more on BBJ tables .. 5.43 to 4.3 .. this may suffer for sample size.

Player rake
is 4.05BB/100 vs 3.58BB so your losing about .5BB to the jackpot per 100 or a buck per 100 hands.

Now comes the question win rate .. can you make .5BB/100 more during your time on the table. During the week I've seem them most <30% vpip. I stay away from those .. when they get to 35%+, I think you can make up the BBJ. I'm counting the BBJ as only loss as the chances of hitting it are small. Though once in my 500K hand history I did beat quads with a straight flush, so it can happen.

I guess it boils down to how fishy the table is....if it's soft you can ake up the difference. Instead of sitting at BBJ, when nothing has been going at LHE I have been playing PLO and LO8. Maybe I'll give it a try if the table seems soft enough.

LHE players table selection is critical. With rake at 3.75BB/100 it is tough to beat the game for a +ev winrate. Seem to be a steady flow of new players though at least for now to keep the regs happy. Its better than September, but not the easiest game to beat. Variance is tough with 0BB/100 winrates.

I wonder if the BBJ will hit 1 milly. what will a fair betting line be on this? As in to say it'll hit before or after it hits 1mill, its at 846k now.
