You really need to extend the time a player is permitted to sit out. I play six max LHE and can't even take a leak without betting booted. I don't know what kind of player base you are aiming for but anybody who multitables
(90% of the members on this site) on a regular basis will need to take 15 min. (+-) breaks periodically.

Also as was previously mentioned the rake structure needs to addressed for the lower limits. Again most players from this site are knowledgeable and are aware that it is impossible to grind out any profit whatsoever with the current rake structure.

Now if you are looking to only attract the casual recreational player then just ignore these issues

Hopefully this isn't a dumb question. If I want to post hand on this forum, or on DC or whatever, how do I convert the hand histories??

If you're using PT3/HEM, it's so much easier just to grab the history from there. If you don't use software, you have to pull up the hand history folder from whatever directory it's under. You can shove the XML output from there into the Hand History converter on 2+2. I don't use DC, so I can't comment on that.

I have been browsing through different rakeback sites, and some lead me to believe can get a deposit bonus as well as rakeback. Is that true? Also, what is the average time involved with cheque withdrawals, from approval to door. I will be joining RPM soon, here to the next big site in America (hopefully)

I've searched around, but I couldn't find any good info about the bonuses. Can I clear m deposit bonus and another bonus at the same time? How long do I have to clear each bonus? What is the $/fpp clear rate, and what is the $raked/fpp rate?

You can't clear two bonuses at once. Bonuses expire after 90 days, clear at a rate of 75 VIP Points per $1, and release in $10 increments.

I have loaded a couple of different merge skins and I have the same problem with each. Some words are in English, but a lot of the writing is just random characters - especially action buttons. I talked with Carbon support and they had me update Java and Flash, which I did, but no change. I'm running Windows 7 and would like to resolve this problem. Has anyone else run into this?

I'm surprised DL flash/java didn't help; I'd try uninstalling the merge programs and reinstalling; now that you have flash/java.

When I click on a player to takes notes, a window opens up. If the table action gets to me before I finish the note, none of the bet buttons will work. I have to close the note window first, before I can take action. Very annoying. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

At any rate I would recommend that RPM does the reverse; 10 minutes or 3 orbits which ever comes last.

18 is the max but i think you only get 12 unless you ask

This isn't a bug, but it's a feature that could certainly use improvement. Merge has been made aware of it already, though, and this will likely be fixed in version 6.0 of the software.
