I opened up an account on "Playersonly/Playaces" under the name "Ru18yt" a while back and played for about 2 weeks. My account eventually got locked for an unknown reason which I still do not know to this day. They wouldn't give me ANY clue what the reason was. They refunded my deposit and that was it.
I was excited to hear the news that Merge is coming back very soon. Can you please find out what the reason was because the Playersonly support team was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I am hoping to play on RPM when it comes back to the US market so please tell me what I need to do to resolve this unknown issue which I still have no clue about.

Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to help you resolve a support issue on another skin. I am happy to help you with any account you might have on RPM, but for support with other brands you must contact that brand to resolve your issue.
