Kind of annoyed at the bit about redeeming points thing only 3x each month. Didn't really factor that as much as I should have on my initial calcs for rakeback. You practically need to stop playing after a certain point each month or else you'll just be stockpiling points that you won't realistically be able to redeem at full value.

Anyway, I'm curious if it resets every calendar month or if you have to wait 30 days after your last redemtion or how that works exactly? I reached T level and did my redeems for T and 9 level. I'm not going to do the lower level redemptions because of loss of value. And I'm not realistically going to make it to J level this month I don't think.

Really not sure why they just do 3 exchanges for each month. It's practically encouraging me to NOT play on their site in certain situations.

I like how it's a lifetime thing without any month-after-month-after-month commitment like they have on Lock for example. But it's a pain to not be able to trade in your points for cash because you have used your monthly allowance. Right now I'm at a point where I likely won't get any more rakeback until July 1. And at that point I can get maybe another $210 or so (if I take all 3 at T gear and 9 gear)...and maybe another $450 if I make it to J gear. And I would still be stuck with probably 40k+ points (getting some from double-points) with I have to space out until August and September to be able to redeem.

Kind of complicated to figure it all out especially with double-points. But if I ever got to 300k points I bet I would have 400k+ points waiting to be redeemed. That's an awfully long time of playing with very little direct cash in rakeback. It's like getting 45%+ rakeback...but 80%+ of that cash is locked up in their points-exchange thing because you just can't redeem it. Something like that anyway.

can some1 give cliffs what the points can be used for on rpm?

So far in June I have earned an extra 15,382 bonus points on the Double VIP Point days (Mondays and Fridays).

How come these points aren't credited to my "VIP Points Earned"? part of the "Exchange VIP Points For Cash" section of the player admin?

Mine says:

-Your current VIP class: 10 Gear
-VIP points earned: 24,097.16
-Redeemable VIP Points: 39,479.16

Why doesn't my VIP points earned read 39,479.16 also?

I saw some posts where it says if you get to J level or something it's better to be doing the points instead of having rakeback. Right now i'm at 7 and getting around 400 points a day with rakeback. My question is if i plan to play close to 4k hands a day is it better to switch over to vip now or just keep rakeback until i get to Q or J level? Currently only playing .10/.25 so will be slowly moving up along the way. Really anxious to hear a response to Microbobs post also

These double points don't count toward moving up gear levels. They are still good for buying in to tournaments and exchanging points to cash if you are not a rakeback player.

How do disconnects work? No protection at all?

Also, is it possible to request hand histories from RPM?

When I have disconnected - my hand histories just show the disconnect and no results.

Every now and then (more often at first on RPM) my hand or somebody else's hand "shows" at the end -- always when I or the other person has the nuts -- depriving us of one last bet. I only play .02-.04 and it only happens occasionally so no big deal at all -- just so strange.

I always play in "auto-muck" mode and it has happened enough times for me to be sure that I am not doing anything trigger it (again, always at the most disadvantageous time -- one more reason it can't be a co-incidence). Been told by on line chat it is impossible. Maybe it is a miracle. :-O

Are you sure? I have never seen this. Maybe you got disconnected? Maybe you might think there is a second round of betting after the river? IDK. Just seems like a very odd thing for a poker site to have a problem with. Hope you get this solved as it would be very annoying, but I think there might be something else going on here.

You can receive transfers. In order to transfer TO another player you must have your account verified.

Account verification can be done without depositing I'm assuming?

Yes, just fill out the verification form and send it in with a pic of your drivers license. Use the "file upload" link on the site so you're not sending it on unsecured email.

Small point on transfers I think you need a few weeks (3) maybe (2) of real money play then you can transfer after verification.

In the ring game lobby where there are empty tables, why does it show players on a waiting list?

Also, is there somewhere to change lobby time to local time? Mine shows central and would like to change to EST if possible.

Was doing a session and 2 hrs into my RPM froze. Everything else was working fine (browser, music, etc.). RPM wouldn't close even when I tried from task manager. Had to reboot to be able to start it up again. Not sure if this is a known issue or not, or if it was something from my end. Played many hrs on RPM but this is the first time this has happened to me. Weird.

Happened to me but I think it was b/c I changed the graphic settings to low even tho I have a fast computer w/ good graphics card. I hasn't happened again since.

AFAIK, you wont be prevented from coming to RPM so long as they start accepting US players again. You wont have RB, but the VIP program seems ok from what I can see.
