Think of the Merge network as being a giant poker room. Each skin (RPM/Carbon/Hero, etc...) is akin to a door to that poker room. So while you may walk through the "RPM Door" you still end up at the same tables with the guys coming through the other doors. This is true for cash, sng, and mtt's (including freerolls).

Does anyone know if we get rakeback when we enter a tourney with a tourney ticket or VIP points? Not really a big deal either way, but that would add some good value if we were getting back ~ $3 from every $109 ticket we use.

Can't say on tickets but get points back for use of points. I think it is so small as to not figure in the overall results. The tourney ticks that you will have to find out I can't play 8k hands in a day.

when i go to the webpage that explains points and rake, at the bottom of that page it lists the points earned for playing backgammon. i don't see backgammon anywhere on the rpm software. am i missing something or is that a mistake?

If you're already clearing a bonus the $150 won't be added. It kind of goes into a "bonus queue". Let's say you're working on your initial deposit bonus. In the meantime you earn another $300 in bonuses ($150 each). After you clear your deposit bonus, the queued bonuses will move to your bonus account. So you will then have a "$300 bonus" to clear.

How long does it typically take for the 1st deposit bonus and qst deposit MTT entry tix to show up through the player admin? Deposit has been in account for about an hour now. Already e-mailed Seth which he's off for the weekend (I would be)...just want to make sure my play is retroactive to the bonus now not when the bonus actually shows up.

I can't give you an answer how long it will take for your deposit bonus to show up, but any play now, will not be retroactively applied to your bonus when it's credited.

now that the VIP program has changed, which is better? I hoped RPM has more value but now im confused.

second question hiow long will i have to not play on my other merge rb account and what exactly does it mean (only not playing or should i even not log in etc?)

when merge had its big crash last week i know tournament buyins were refunded, but about what cash game? were preflop and flop calls returned for example?

Actually, now that I re-read the rules, I might be mistaken. If you're talking about your play from last Thursday, then it sounds like you should have gotten that Saturday.

So disregard my previous post, but I wouldn't worry about it. I've never heard of anyone not eventually receiving a promotion from RPM. (I haven't received anything from last week either) I'm sure they will credit us soon.

All promotions from the previous week are credited on Saturday. We're lumping in everything from this week (besides the $109 ticket, which was credited) to this coming Saturday.
