i really cant decide if i should deposit right now.
You should so you can get rakeback, if your to much on the fence. Really if the .com was seized merge others could update kind of quickly if they are prepared. However, there are risks in this environment.

The website is down for me, anyone else?

Do you lose the VIP points when you exchange the points for cash?

We had ~2.5 hours of unscheduled downtime on the website last night between 7PM-9:30PM PST. The client was unaffected, but the website was down. We are going to be performing scheduled maintenance on the website in the next few days, but we will announce any scheduled downtime.

Whenever I open tables the wait for bb box is checked and when I uncheck it keeps automatically going back to be checked. This is very tilting when I'm on the button or CO and don't get dealt in. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

From the main lobby, go to the settings tab at the bottom. From there select the game tab, third from the right, and you can set it there.

When withdrawing, it states my current deposit bonus would become void. Does withdrawing only void the deposit bonus or does it void all bonuses (from daily promotions, KotR, Overdrive, etc.)? Also, when are the bonuses that are earned during the month usually credited?

Basically I am trying to make sure I always have a bonus running while playing and want to know how to time it correctly. For example if the new bonuses were to be credited on the fifth of the month, I would withdraw the day before after my sessions are done.

If we cash in VIP points for cash does it affect our bonuses? Thanks for responding.

You can change this in your settings so your choice is switched on permanently. Open up the settings tab!

Withdrawing will void your bonus unless the bonus terms specifically state the bonus does not void upon withdrawal.

Once i go to WU and send the money and get the mtcn# how long does it take until it credits my account and i can start playing? thanks.
05-27-2011 , 06:28 PM
From personal experience, its been taking no more than 5-15 minutes for cash transfer funds to be credited into my player account.

I talked to RPMSeth through email who was very helpful, and he manually added me to rakeback and gave me the 500 100% sign up bonus.

But I can't see it or find it anywhere? Where in the software can I see how much I've cleared of the bonus, and at what rate I'm getting rakeback (I assume 35%). And is the rake done in increments or monthly or what?
05-28-2011 , 12:50 AM
To check the status of your bonuses, you need to access the "player admin" page. On the left side of the page under the "My Account" section, there's a link that will show you your active bonus(es) and % cleared.

Rakeback, AFAIK, is 35% across the board. It's paid out daily (~2am EST). You can see how much RB you are receiving on your cashier page->History->adjustment history.
