My question is where on a player's computer are player notes stored? I would like to edit player notes while reviewing hand histories offline.

If you don't know how, wait for online chat and ask RPMJon about it. Link is in player admin on left also. I followed that path and was verified in 20 minutes or less. Took longer to print/fill out and scan the form than get verified. Its basically pretty easy, if you have the directions.

Seth: I just uploaded the docs and tried to chat with support but got a message saying live chat is down. Can you check on my verification and pm me? I just want to make sure I can get a confirmation that the docs were received.

Thanks!

Merge Live Chat is down but you want to avoid them anyways. You can find RPM Live Chat by visiting the RPM website and clicking in the upper right hand corner.

Can someone explain this to me?

I can understand how this is bad for nits compared to the dealt method but I don't understand how any rake allocation is broadly 'least favorable for the player'.

Dumb questions.

How is this applied to multi table tournaments? Are the player pools network wide for all tournaments or are there only certain ones that are network wide, and others are specifically for certain skins?

Also are you able to get an initial deposit bonus if you sign up and then fund your account for the first time with a player transfer to you? If this works would it be affected by signing up through an affiliate?

Thanks.

I used to use Click2pay back in the day for Planet Poker and heard I could use it to deposit. Is this true?

Yes, Click2Pay is a valid deposit option if you have an account with them.

Some questions...

1) Can you search a players name and find out what tables they are playing?

2) I only get the option to save hand history for up to 30 days. I don't want it EVER to delete any hand history.

Anybody know if there is anything I need to do to get my HUD to work? I'm auto importing with success, but the hud doesn't pop up. What I needs ta do

So I figured out how to get my HUD up. But the player HUD windows are not matching up on each table. If I drag them to the place I want them, it won't be the same at some of the other tables. Argh..this software configuration to a new poker site w/ all this software is making me mad

It depends on how you play, but more then likely you're getting less rb with this method then any other.

Seth I was serious with my dumb questions if they can get answered here I'll be happy to feel dumb getting them answered then asking them again.

Sorry if this has been asked already.............

Does RPM manage player accounts (money, transactions, balances) or do you use the Merge Network for handling player funds?

The reason I ask is that HeroPoker CEO just posted a long explanation of how this works and what (in his opinion) is safer for the player and I would like to know how RPM does this.

If RPM does this on your own, do you segregate player balances?

Thanks!

Almost all of the tournaments you see are network wide tournaments. Skins can create skin specific tournaments, but I'd say just about every skin goes mostly with all of the network tournaments.

You can fund your account with a P2P transfer and still receive the bonus. Just send me your username when you've funded your account and I'll be happy to add a bonus for you.

The Merge Network handles everything when it comes to player funds, security, etc. If you're asking about whether or not RPM can run off with your money, the answer is a resounding and absolute no!

Your funds are always safe and secure on RPM Poker.

so regardless which skin you are on Merge, the network is who is responsible of player funds, not the poker skin, such as payment and deposit. I just hear the carbon poker and others maybe using different payment processors.

I can't officially speak for other skins, but RPM's banking is handled by the Merge Network, as are most others.

The cashier button is the "deposit" button, or you can open your Player Admin.

I was lucky enought to make final table in two touneys and tried to withdraw some of the money. After emailing copy of my passport rpm wanted me to fill verification form. On the form they want authorization to draft my credit card and for me to make copy of both sides of credit card???

I was declined using credit card so I made deposit using online wallet?

How do I get my money and keep my credit card info private?

I think you dont have to. If you made the deposit through Neteller, Mb or that kind of Ewallets u let in blank the Credit Card lines, i know this is RPM thread but in carbon that is a merge gaming skin i was verified doing exactly that and i even didnt deposit because i told them that i was going to use Neteller to handle all my deposits and cashouts, so i guess it work for any skin of Merge

I just want to make sure i am doing this correct because I got burned on full tilt and never got rakeback. I play on an apple. Do I need to clear my cache or anything first before signing up? Or can I just download the disk image, install the software, create an account and then request rake back via PM and I should be set.

I will then have rakeback and a deposit bonus to try to hit correct.

All you need to do is let me know your username, and I will enable it for you as long as you don't have another active rakeback account on Merge.

Assuming you are running Windows, open your C drive (or w/e hard drive you're using), go to program files, find RPM poker folder, HH are located in "History" folder.
