I asked "RPM jon" on friday if they would credit my account as soon as i finished the "King of the road" challenge. He told me yes and i wouldnt have to wait till the month was over. So over the next 2 days i played over 600 mtts /sngs to complete the requirements. After I contacted them again they informed me that i would have to wait until the month was over to be credited. I then contacted RPMSeth and emailed the "manager" and after 24 hours later i still have received no response.
I dont understand why they insist on acting like "RPMJon" is the only guy doing chat. It would make no sense that one person is there 12 hours a day 7 days a week and dealing with everyone. Its convenient because now there is no one to take any actual accountability. Someone on there end Screwed up obviously and it would seem easy enough to credit my account now. Instead no accountability is take. SMDH. I am a carbon refugee who has earned 20k points in my first month. I think its time to try a third Merge skin. <sigh>

The King of the Road promotion is paid out 30 days after starting the challenge as that is how the long the promotion lasts. Since you have requested your winnings to be paid they will be credited by the end of the day.

lol, Im not a big rpm / seth supporter but I dont think he is willing to break any networks rules matching deals, basically saying if you have a legit deal somewhere else he will match it (typical marketing strategy imo)

now the second quote seems to indicate that Seth may be trying to dig up dirt on deals that go against networks rules, wouldn't really surprise me - he has shown a tendency to go to extreme measures to dig up info,

I do not even understand what type of "proof" could be shown here without clearly outing your current deal, which will then be put at risk. I'm confused by this whole marketing strategy to be honest. Would be nice if Seth came in here to explain RPM's rationale.
