I have accounts on both Carbon Poker and Black Chip Poker with my Oregon address.

RPM's list of states does not contain Oregon but it has Washington available.

This makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever as most poker rooms ban Washington, NOT Oregon.

It's a felony in Washington to play online poker. There are no such laws in Oregon.

How does this make any sense whatsoever? I'm kind of floored that RPM may have the wrong state restricted.

Am I missing something? Was there a change in laws? I am so utterly confused.

I've seen the Merge list and it doesnt have Oregon banned.

It's when you try to make a new account. Oregon is not available but Washington is. I can't make an account obviously. Really frustrating.

Yah I sent a support ticket through asking this question.

Hopefully they can get this corrected because i'm 98% sure this is incorrect on their part. I tried Bluffroom as well and it's the same thing (obviously).

I'll update post with their response. Hopefully within 24 hours.

This was a glitch within the Merge network. Some valid states were removed.

They opened an expedited ticket and it should be corrected soon.

This has now been fixed. All states are once again showing in the signup form.
