We didnt chat,im not the Op but im interested in the outcome.Theres alot of shady dealings and making sure this is on the up and up.TY for quick response and wouldnt mind hearing from others with similar situations and why/how these where handled by MERGE.Im tired of getting shafted by pokerrooms, and want to look out for my and others best interest..ty

Seems like standard practice when a red flag has been raised. Nothing to worry about.

Standard for them to almost take a week to do this ? While a good player is coming off a win and wants to run more packages for his stakers? Get it together, and tell your security team to speed it up. It quit being a "Private Matter" the second he played staked. Unless your against 2+2 providing quality backing for players to play on your site that is?

I'm sorry but if you don't consider Saturday / Sunday a poker business day, then your doing it wrong sir.... No way Stars or other major sites don't have support on weekends. The whole situation has turned me off to staking on merge period. Not saying im a huge baller staker, but I was putting out over $100 a night on there for people to play.

And this is for a package that was ran 4/4 , this thread was started 4/5... SO YES, it has been a week now officially.

I just wanted to comment in this thread that the situation has been resolved.

how? you said that Saturday and Sunday count as business days, therefore a week after 4/4 would be 4/11, and this thread started on 4/5 which means a week after that would be 4/12, so officially it is either 2 or 3 days short of a week. So officially what?
