I've been contemplating joinging the Merge network for a few days now. I originally signed up with Carbon, but I must say Seth has made me a RPM convert. In my brief dealings with him he was both courteous and timely with his responses, even though I'm sure he's inundated with a mountain of requests/pms.
Seth can't be THAT good. I mean, hey, I played my first session ever last night and dropped 8 Bets. Surely a man with the powers you all claim he has could have helped assure that my inaugural session was a winning one....no?
Obviously kidding. Seth helped me establish my account with RB and was timely with all responses. Great support so far and looking forward to playing here.
Obviously you haven't yet read about how to avoid bad beats on RPM. You must satiate the doomicorn.
Add me to the list of satisfied customers. Seth has responded quick to my PM's and e-mails. He is giving everyone excellent customer service when you know he is slammed with 50 million "can you add RB to my account?" or "how can I deposit?" e-mails.
RPMSeth is helping me set up my RPM account. I have asked him questions. I am trying to get funds on there. I am excited to play on RPM Poker very soon. Good luck, Yojimgari
Played on different Merge skin for years. Saw the effort put in by Seth on 2+2 and bam, insta-new-skin. The man was sending me emails at 11:00pm last night to help get account and Rackeback set up.
Joined RPM today, WU deposit worked great. Had been playing strictly on PS. Was trying to decided between several sites and decided to go with RPM due solely to the great customer service reputation RPM has due to Seth. Keep up the good work putting customers first does pay off.
These guys facilitated all my noob requests in record time and got me all set up. I appreciate the work they do and wish them the best dealing with all the new player accounts.
The combination of having a dedicated RPM poker forum and an outstanding Card Room Manager will propel RPM into the top 3 within three months (IMO). Great customer service is essential in the post "Black Friday" market. I think RPM has a great business model to thrive in the new environment. Keep up the good work.
Make sure you hire talented support people as you continue to grow. Don't pull a "Home Depot" and lose your great customer service because you grew too quick and failed to hire good people.
I just got my account set up the other day, and just got in my first deposit a few minutes ago. Seth's reputation and this sub-forum is the reason that i picked RPM over the other skins.
