When was the last time you guys cashed out and how long did it take to get it?

Seth closed the 'withdraw delay' thread because apparently the problem is fixed. As far as I know im still waiting and so are a lot of other people.

when do RB stats update? Im with RTR fwiw. I have been playing since Friday so wasnt expecting any updates thru the weekend. Curious whether it is actually updated daily and at what time?

What method did you use to withdraw that you're still waiting for funds? I remember in some of Seth's responses in threads that he recommended EWalletExpress, or if players are VIP's that RPM would expedite checks to arrive in 10 days from request. Do you qualify for that level of VIP (not sure what it is)?

Aaaaaaand I've got an answer!

All of the processing will be back to normal (regular quoted time frames) by the middle of next week. That doesn't change the fact that RPM Poker is still working to make sure that our players receive their funds as quickly as humanly possible so that this does not happen again for our users.

We know. We were told last week that the time frames would be back to normal this week, but things changed.

I'm told THIS week that time frames will be back to normal next week.

Did not want to start a new thread for this. Does anybody use HEM for tournaments? I dont use the HUD but I import my hands after the tournament to analyze them, but the graphs and reports dont show winnings at all. The graph is downward counting only the buyins though I am winning

Not that I am placing in the top 5 but atleast in the top 20 and still the graph and reports dont work.

Any feedback appreciated

Kfor2p2 check your "data view" and incomplete tabs on HEM. You will have to manually enter tournament winnings and set them as finished. It's a pain in the ass so I do it infrequently.

Has anyone been not able to see their hole cards? I can only see the card backs and dragging mouse over cards wont show what they are either.

Has happened 4 times now over 2 days. Bah!!

That's because you clicked on the cards. When you click on them, they turn over.
