I have rakeback...

Am I seeing things properly?

For every $1 in tournament rake you earn 6.5 VIP points?

So for every $1 of bonus to release, that would mean 75 points which is $11.54 in tourname rake? Roughly $115.40 in tournament rake to clear $10 of a bonus?

I ask this because on the RPM site it says 10 per $1, but my points ledger says 6.5 per dollar raked...

Is this different for rakeback players?

This is different for rakeback players; rakeback players earn points at a rate of 6.5 VIP Points per dollar.

I turned one of my Taladega Tuesday $11 tickets into a $109 ticket last night... In one of those 12 man $11 satty's...

I have a couple more $11 satty tickets... is there anything else they can be used for?

Not sure the stakes you play but while there are plenty of SS, my experience is that most of them are pretty bad so I don't complain to much about them.

I recently made the switch from SNG player to cash though and maybe I'm more used to playing against players who are short on BB's. Or maybe its a difference in stakes.

It's almost always the third party software that needs an update. PT3 still works fine and I'm sure HEM will sort it out with an update at some point. Probably a good idea to post on the HEM forums if you want to get them started on it.

We have no known issues with our software, and this is why we can't sanction or offer support for 3rd party software! I'd say your best bet is visiting the HEM forums for support, as this is one of the few issues that I'm unable to help with.

I been using HEM and haven't had any problems.

I agree that contacting HEM support would probably be best. Make sure you already have the latest version also. Again though, I played a little on RPM earlier and HEM and RPM were working fine.
