The same method that I used to make my first deposit, moneybookers. Support told me it was a problem with the payment processor and it affects all e-wallets. I did not qualify for the VIP level.

All of the processing will be back to normal (regular quoted time frames) by the middle of next week. That doesn't change the fact that RPM Poker is still working to make sure that our players receive their funds as quickly as humanly possible so that this does not happen again for our users.

It's well past the 'middle of next week' and it's been 15+ days now since I requested a withdrawal - still haven't received any funds. This is disgraceful and worrisome.

We know. We were told last week that the time frames would be back to normal this week, but things changed.

I'm told THIS week that time frames will be back to normal next week.

Please check this thread for updates about the withdrawal times. I'll be posting there if anything changes. Don't kill the messenger!

Again, I can't stress enough that your funds are safe. Merge is experiencing higher than expected volume, and measures are being put into place to ensure that withdrawal delays do not happen again. If you have a question about a specific withdrawal, please PM me with your information.

Did not want to start a new thread for this. Does anybody use HEM for tournaments? I dont use the HUD but I import my hands after the tournament to analyze them, but the graphs and reports dont show winnings at all. The graph is downward counting only the buyins though I am winning Not that I am placing in the top 5 but atleast in the top 20 and still the graph and reports dont work.

Any feedback appreciated

Kfor2p2 check your "data view" and incomplete tabs on HEM. You will have to manually enter tournament winnings and set them as finished. It's a pain in the ass so I do it infrequently.

Has anyone been not able to see their hole cards? I can only see the card backs and dragging mouse over cards wont show what they are either.

That's because you clicked on the cards. When you click on them, they turn over.
