The VIP system is moot if you are a rakeback player. The points to cash conversion tool does not necessarily reflect the numbers on the VIP page, as that is a rewards system for users who do not have rakeback.

I see, but it is supposed to be an extra 6.5% for Rakeback players, right? So, how do we get this? Is it through the VIP point exchange, the upcoming VIP store, and tournament buy-ins, or all of the above?

Other than the 6.5% 'Cashback' for Rakeback players, is there anyother benefits? Example: requesting cashouts do you have a different fee for each tier of the system(this is one of the things I've heard)?

Your points to cash conversion tool is in the player admin. You can convert your VIP points to cash (minimum 10,000), or use any amount towards tournament buy-ins. We haven't yet launched our VIP store, but points will also be good towards use there when it's finished.

I don't know where you heard about different fees depending on your VIP tier, but that's incorrect. The fees are the same for everybody except users in the Overdrive Club. Members of the Overdrive Club have their withdrawal fees waived.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. I have seen the VIP Points Conversion Link and was unsure if that was for Rakeback players or not. I believe I read about withdrawal fees being waived somewhere in a thread, or I may have read about the Overdrive Club and simply confused the Overdrive Club with the VIP System. Thanks for the clarification. I finally understand.

I'm new to RPM so sorry if this has been discussed a bunch, but it seems when I play double or nothing SNGs, HEM is importing hands OK, but then when the SNG ends, it isn't showing a profit or loss in the results. Is there any way to get HEM to track SNG results or perhaps request the tournament summaries through RPM to import them separately?

You probably are already aware but you can manually enter/edit the winnings in HEM. Pretty inconvenient and probably not what you are wanting. Just wanted to make sure you are aware of that.

4 day i haven't play and today i give it a shot and wtf after the update my hud is screwed
i haven't change my preferred seat(7) but when my sng table open my stats are at seat 9 another sng is starting and my stat show at seat 4 and always missing 1 vilain stat on each of my table! This as been like this all night long

I'm fed up with this! i'm finishing the mtt i started no more sng and after that i'm closing the client until the next update.
Going to play on Truepoker with their substandard software at least no problem with my HUD

RPM and Merge can not fix your HUD or PT3. It is independent software. You need to complain to Poker Tracker.

QFT - We can't recommend using 3rd party software, and we certainly can't fix it. This is up to the 3rd party software developers!

Anybody else planning to grind out pit crew Friday? May have to ditch class. Nothing like 14 hours of 15 tabling to make a hundred bucks.

Doesn't seem worth it to me. The $50k tourney is a rebuy, so you're going to want, at the very minimum, the buyin of $109 + an add-on. Not sure if you can double rebuy to start.

However, you'd get a lot in rakeback.

You can modify you seat selection in pt3 so it shows correctly, relax.

MERGE network released a software update this week which allows PokerTracker to fully support the HUD for tournaments and SNGs. Prior to this update PT3 did not have a way to differentiate between tournament tables.

To gain full multi-table tournament and SNG support for MERGE you must install the new 3.09.4 BETA version of PokerTracker and the Merge skin must be running the latest client update which was released on Monday. Fixes specific to MERGE Network include:
Import: Merge: Unreported split pots causing import errors
Hud: Merge: New tournament window format (full tournament Hud now)

In the future if you guys ever see something wrong with PokerTracker's compatibility with MERGE please let us know right away, we will do everything we can to find a solution to help solve your problems ASAP, or at least help explain why the problem exists and how to temporarily work around it until a solution is found. Anyone using echeckus have any insight for menon when they increase your limits. I verified my bank account with them today but my limit is still $100 so I deicided to deposit $100 and see if it goes up when it clears. I emailed their support requesting and increase but still waiting for a reply.

If it's your first echeck deposit, you probably have to wait a week or so for the deposit to clear.

Do they increase your deposit limit after the first one clears? I was hoping they were going to increase it when I verified my bank with the two small deposit amounts but I was wrong.

If it was 10 k hands like in Dec. I would maybe go for it like I did. But 15 k hands is just a bit to much for me.
15 tabling 6 max at Merge is way harder like 24 tabling FR at Stars.

For what it's worth, we're taking these suggestions into account and making the promotions to next month different and much more attainable.

so to the difficulty of this months bonuses, extra $20 for successfuly completing??

hey all. thinking about making a deposit, trying to figure out if i can clear the whole $500 bonus. i play 25NL, maybe some 50NL. need to figure out how many hands i need. does anybody have a number for per hand VIP point accumulation? or something i can use to figure this out?

At 50NL, it will take me ~130k hands to clear the bonus. It's doable, but not easy. However the bonus is released in $10 increments so you don't have to clear the whole bonus to get part of it.

With the bonus on top of very good rakeback and other promotions, it's definitely worthwhile to deposit and put in some volume.

if I make a $500 deposit how many days do I have to clear the bonus?
