I figured lifegood would be #1 on this months promotion leaderboard. FFFFFUUUUUUU
10-10-2010 , 04:02 PM
Today I saw two special freerolls in the Special tournament tab, for MTT leaderboard members or whatever. Is RPM not in this promotion? Which skin's promo is this? I play in many MTTs and could have easily made those, missing out on some value here

I wanted to play the skin Carbon offered and had just a horrible time just trying to sign up. I posted/whined about it in another thread.

I went to RPM after seeing they used the same skin as Carbon on a Friday. On Monday I received my email and signed up. It might have came earlier if I did this on a work day.

Either way I did my first deposit through Visa as soon as I was verified to play and it went through flawlessly. I had a freeroll ticket automatically in my bank and Seth set up my Rake Back in about 10 minutes after I got to playing on the tables.

I was very very happy with the quick responses through the two plus two forums from Seth and how quickly he got things done.

I recommended them already to two of my friends and I am very happy with my overall experience with RPM Poker.

Enough gushing from me....

Hey everybody, I'm planning on opening an account on RPM and would like to know what the withdrawal fees are for eChecks, paper checks, and Visa cards. I wasn't able to find this information on their website or in the forums. Thanks.

They don't have echeck withdrawals, checks cost $15 and are $2500 max. Dunno about visas or if they offer visa withdrawals, since i'm in the US.

Thanks for the details on checks. Yeah, it doesn't seem like visas are a withdrawal method, and I'm also in the US so it probably wouldn't have worked anyway. Hopefully, RPM will add echecks as a withdrawal option in the future. Thanks again for the reply.

You can send me a PM and I can work with you on withdrawal options.

I might start playing some on RPM poker. I have a raketherake account with FTP so I think I'd probably sign up with them.

I downloaded the program and had a quick look see, the software is very nice.

Can someone give me the info on:

1. Withdrawal requirements? (I'd probably deposit using UseMyWallet or something like that are there deposit fees?)

It's a shame they don't have echeck deposits/withdrawals as that makes it easy.

2. Best rakeback/deposit bonus/amount for maximum bonus?

Can't PM here yet, but I emailed RPMSeth at the address he gave in one of his posts and he answered me within about 5 minutes. Took me a few tries to ask all the questions I had, but everytime he just responded right away. So I signed up last night, funded my account and played 50 hands of PLO, making 25bbs. Final tabled the first MTT I played today and made some more PLO money. Checked my account history and saw the $.06 I made in rakeback yesterday had already been paid. I think I'm going to like it here.

Thanks Seth.

1) You may have to e-mail in documents to verify your identity before you make a withdrawal, but this is a standard procedure. Further, we do have eCheck deposits, but no eCheck withdrawals. We do have VIP withdrawal options that you can speak with your VIP Host about.

2) I've sent you a PM with our offers.

Do I understand this right....you dont have a problem taking money from a player (for example he deposits) but if he wants to withdraw he has to proof his identity? Can you explain the reasoning here please or is this just a misunderstanding?

Pretty standard for identity verification for withdrawls. They state clearly on their website that you should do verification before withdrawing.
11-05-2010 , 04:29 PM
I had never done anything like that on FTP and I withdraw regularly. And also standard or not it's pretty shady IMO cause the sites most certainly do not care how the money comes on their site but if you wanna withdraw you have to proof something. But again..not saying that only RPM is doing this... .

This is absolutely standard and both Stars and FTP definitely do require ID verification before you can withdraw. If you have been playing on FTP for a while you are probably just mistaken and just don't remember having to do it. Or maybe you submitted ID verification for something else (like a transfer) and don't realize this verification is still on file for withdrawals.

Is it more likely someone fraudulantly deposits to your account or withdraws from it? Lightbulb turned on yet. It's for your benefit and super standard.

I think every site I have ever withdrawn from has asked for verification.

Is there any way to slow down bet/rake animations?

I thought maybe it was my internet connection, but I'm a fiber line so it should be good.

There have been many times that I couldn't tell what happened in the hand after the flop or bet and I have to look at my stack size to see if I won, got called or lost the hand. The chips just kind of disappear after a move.

Thanks and I am still a big fan of your site either way.

So I've been trying to deposit through echeck, but I arrive at a page saying that my browser security is too high:
You have reached this page in error...
If you are getting this error while trying to sign-up for eCheckus or make a payment using eCheckus then the chances of this error being caused by a POP-UP blocker or by your BROWSER SECURITY are very high.

TO FIX THIS ERROR YOU MUST TURN OFF ALL POP-UP BLOCKERS AND ADD www.bpgps.com AND www.echeck.us.com TO YOUR LIST OF TRUSTED SITES AND START YOUR SIGN-UP/PAYMENT AGAIN.

If you need help with adding www.bpgps.com and www.echeck.us.com to your list of trusted sites please have a look at the following video...
I followed the instructions to fix the error but still could not get past this using IE7 or Firefox. I turned off the popup blocker, added the sites to the list of trusted sites, lowered the security settings for those sites, turned off my antivirus software, and turned off my firewall. Has anyone encountered this problem and was able to get past it? Thanks.

it sounds like you might have animations turned off. Settings => Performance => Show Animations. It annoys me when the client turns it off cos it detects my computer running slow, when it's only cos i'm loading up a bunch of crap at once or something.

I think it depends what method you deposit/withdraw by. If you use an ewallet they may never ask for it, but use a debit/credit card or request a check and they prob will ask to verify ID.

Grapefruit, i just tested it and got that same error when i clicked "more information" on the echeck page, using google chrome. i didn't try to fix it though since i wasnt going to deposit.

Okay, the echeckus option seems to be working now. I'll try this method again, and if it doesn't work, then I'll try to setup an ewalletxpress account.
