Thanks for the updates and hopefully and improvements. The rest of you sound like kids on Christmas day and have to go to Grandma's house to open the gifts.

We will all be playing anyway whatever the VIP program is as we are tied to the site pretty tightly unless we don't want to play. I look forward to any improvements and I'm sure half of you will hate the new system anyway.

IDK, maybe the agenda of you posting multiple threads and/or posts about the problems you have with RPM, even though they're not really problems at all? I'd say our expectations are at the very least, the same. As a former Supernova (thinly veiled brag) on Stars, and a full time online grinder, I'd be surprised if I didn't have higher expectations than you.

Clearly, if there is any difference in our expectations, it's that you are expecting too much post UIGEA/BF/BM, pre-legalization/regulation.

Actually, if performance is suffering then more communication is appropriate to stabilize consumer confidence. Not sure why you would criticize someone who wants better efforts with regard to communication in this environment.

Yea ok, sure "theyre not problems at all." If they're not problems to you, then did it occur to you that you should prolly stay out of it, rather than making random ridiculous statements.

Also, clearly, our expectations are not the same, so dont even worry about it.
And be very surprised about the fact that yours are not higher than mine.

One example is saying I'm "expecting too much" when I'm posting about standard expectations, not even gonna start posting about what I really expect.

This will be my last post, as I'm starting a new session and I feel this thread is ridiculously derailed.

I'm not criticizing anyone who wants better communication. Fact is, RPM is one of the best sites out there when it comes to communicating with their players (I personally did lengthy research in all US facing sites before settling on RPM) It was the fact that he called ~a half a day (sleeping?) lack of communication. I mean it's not like the reps were MIA for days, or even a full day for that matter.

The fact that RPM is even on 2+2 actively speaks volumes as far as I'm concerned

If rpm was not any good, why would I spend any of my time pointing out what I didn't like. Obv. it is a good site, that's the whole point of me being involved in rpm threads.

It has nothing to do with half a day or days. Think of it this way. Your fav. tv network announces a new show about your favorite content to be released on sometime Monday night. You and your family wait all night for the show but no show and no messages that theres some glitches so show is postponed till tomm. You really think you and your family are like oh well theyre generally good so its not a big deal. If you do, then, well, that's not very good.

Yea that's a good step. Why do you think I play on the site. They have made some good decisions. That doesn't mean you cut them slack for being lackadaisical in future.

OK, one more while I'm pre-session baking. I'd prolly have the sense of mind to realize the show wasn't coming on after a short period of time, and move on to something else. I'd also prolly not go out in the streets and decry the stations lack of immediate communication.

I'm not trying to bash Merge or RPM, but if you can't see where their performance is suffering then I can't really help you. All Merge skins should be trying to better their communication in light of severely delayed cashouts, deposit problems, ending rakeback, and formulating a new VIP program that will likely provide less benefit to players. Trying to quell comments in that regard doesn't make sense.
