Merge Withdrawal Thread - Page 4 - RPM Poker

I requested a check on 04/12 it was in my hands the morning of 04/15 (the day of infamy!), deposited it in my bank just fine.

I was extremely shocked it was that fast. I'm located in Texas for what thats worth.

I deleted LT22's post here; this is not a forum to perpetuate or start rumors, it is a support forum.

There is no reason to doubt the check, and there has never really been an issue in the past to suggest that a check would not clear.

I worded that poorly, I meant to say just b/c you deposit a check, just b/c the funds appear available does NOT mean the check has cleared. Players need to be aware of this and it is a common misconception within the poker community. I wasn't saying anything in regards to RPM/Merge cashouts, just a general post about the bank system here in the US of A

Seth, I am a US player who has(had) played on Full Tilt and Pokerstars for almost 10 years. I never had to send a picture I.D. or anything else, before I cashed out. I am close to making a deposit with RPM, what information will I have to provide before I make a withdrawal?

Can I open an account at RPM and Carbon?

Is there any issue with cashing a check from RPM poker in the USA? I love RPM so far, I am up over $1200 in 4 days playing donkaments. I only deposited $25!!

I had no issues with my check last week, granted it was only $100 but still teller took it with a grin and its been happily frolicking with my other pennies in my account since.
