i'm not saying i'm going to move play to a shady site that tries to cover up cheating and may have had insiders cheating for all i know, but the one thing AP/UB seems to do an amazing job of (based on all the reports i hear) is cashouts for all players, u.s. included. merge should just take a look at what they do for cashouts and copy their cashout procedure.

I would guess other sites have looked. Its the nature of competitive business. Other sites must not have liked something about how they do cashouts. Maybe their fast, but they maybe taking a lot more risks with the money also. Obviously I don't know that and if Merge/RPM hasn't looked they should atleast see how, then determine if the rewards out way the risk. Something tells me the other sites have looked into it though.

I requested a UMW withdrawl from Lock on 2/10. It is yet to be approved. I would appreciate any help RPMSeth could give me. I'm trying to be patient. ( not ) lol Thanks for any help

Hi, I cashed out like 5(!) days ago with neteller and still no funds?? what is up with this skin... every other site/skin takes atop 2 days to cashout to neteller, no email no nothing...

I moved your post into here. For what it's worth, every skin that uses Merge processing is taking the same speed.

Hey my withdrawal is still saying pending approval. I know you said the checks were still delayed but this is getting a little ridiculous. It's been 24 days now. Is there anyway to cancel the check and just have it be a wire or something. It's only for $500 but this is extremely frustrating as it has already cost me $30 in fees ($15 for the deposit and $15 for the withdraw) and I didn't even play a hand due to finding out I wouldn't be able to receive rakeback for 60 days. When I would be eligible to receive rakeback I would consider playing on RPM but not if it is going to take over a month to get my money, that's really unacceptable. Especially considering my withdraw has not even been approved yet, which means it will probably take another 1-2 weeks after it does.

Still? We dealt over PM and I had considered this matter sorted. I'll yell at someone today and make sure I get answers for you. I'm sending you another PM.

I'm told that e-Wallets are processing within quoted times. Checks are still delayed but being caught up on.

I know it's hard for you to believe, but please note we're just as frustrated as you are. It's not in our best interests to have withdrawals delayed, and Merge is doing their best to get everything back up to speed. Thanks for your patience, you guys are great.

Payouts to UMW have been very speedy for me lately

E-Wallets are processing within their quoted times. The only thing that's delayed right now are checks!

Checks are now caught up to February 15th. Moving along... should be back to normal very shortly. If you have a check withdrawal pending from before the 15th that has not been processed yet, please make sure to PM me.

Is this for all Merge skins? Cause Im waiting for a check from the 9th to be approved from Carbon. So frustrated!
