Don't be foolish.
Anyone can set up "VIP cashout service" and charge $$$ for it. It will work just fine so long as you don't actually need it. No doubt you will sleep well at night knowing you are paying extra for your money's safety.
But the instant something goes really wrong and other withdrawal methods don't work the VIP cashout service won't work either. At the end of the day a site will either pay its customers or it won't. Fancy promises of special treatment won't make any difference. Meanwhile the last thing we need is customers dreaming up extra fees for us to pay. The rooms do a good enough job at that without your help.
PS: If I was marketing an online gaming site I would kill the idiot on my staff who suggested telling the customers that quick and reliable cashouts were a VIP service that cost extra. What a ridiculous thing to tell prospective customers.
