I was wondering what is the usual wait time for withdraw via moneybookers? Live chat support really can't give me an answer for this, so I wonder if anyone else withdrawed their money via moneybookers. I've been waiting for 10 days now, which is unusually long. Other then withdraw problems, I like RPM poker very much.

I'm in Canada I usually wait 4-5business days when I withdrawl to my debit on moneybookers (After the money is in there from stars or full tilt, which takes a day or 2)

Yes, thats exatcly my point : biggest online rooms take 24 hours for a withdraw, medium ones 4-5 days and RPM... ???

Please PM me your details so I can look into this for you.

Thanks!

I'm waiting six days now for a Neteller withdrawal. Have never had to wait more than 24 hours on any other site. Contacted live support about it on Friday and still nothing. Hope this isnt the shape of things to come....

Anyone knows how long a withdrawal to bank account takes?
01-02-2010 , 09:34 AM
I was actually wondering which Banks Canadians use to link up with your Moneybookers account....without many problems that is.

And if/when you do establish a link between Bank and Moneybookers, what kinds of withdrawal limits do you have from Moneybookers to your Bank Account?

EDIT*****

Everything is processing within the quoted time frames.

EDIT*****

Hi folks,

I wanted to post a thread to let you know we are aware of the current withdrawal delays. If you were unaware... now you're aware!

These delays are network wide and are affecting every skin on Merge.

Merge is doing their best to get everything back up to speed. We ask that you please be patient while the processing is worked out.

Your funds are always safe and secure on RPM Poker.

I would also like to personally thank you for understanding that we're doing our best to make sure you are always kept in the loop when it comes to your money.

Best,
RPM Seth

When you say delay what are we talking? A month+ to receive a check?

RPMSeth, do you know how long it will be before things are back to normal? Just curious. I know this is common on all Poker sites and again commend RPM for coming to the players and letting them know beforehand. Not surprised that you came to the players though!

It is still under a month, but it will take a few extra days for the check to actually be processed.

From what I am told, things are improving on the withdrawal front this week and getting back to normal shortly. Thanks for the patience!

Just wondering, how come you can deposit from a debit card but can't withdraw back to it? I had no idea it wasn't possible.

Do you know of any future plans to allow card withdrawals?

What's the best way to withdraw?

This!

For the rest of the world using debit card or credit card will be awesome if we can withdraw too! At PS i can cashout with my Visa!

I don't know if there are any plans in the future for this to happen.

The best way to withdraw when you deposit via debit card is with a paper check.

Last 2 checks I got took 17 days and 13 days from time of withdrawal to the door. Now I'm waiting 18 days and my check hasn't even been approved yet.

+1. Honestly RPM isnt a bad site to play on... their software is good... but when u try to withdraw, it takes 2-3 weeks for APPROVAL. meanwhile, they allow u to withdraw as many checks as u want... but the catch is only one pending check at a time.... and the cap for a check is 2500$.

so if somebody has like 7500$ on RPM poker, its going to take them im guessing close to 3 months to cash it out...!!!

UMW withdrawals are around 72 hours right now. If you make a UMW withdrawal, you can e-mail me and I will make sure to monitor it for you.

This is certainly not a common occurrence; checks generally do not take this long. Further, we have VIP withdrawal options for people seeking to withdraw larger chunks of money at one time. Players need to contact their VIP host to talk about that; we're always here to help.

Not sure where you plan on going, but just so you know RPM isn't taking any longer than other sites. I'm still currently waiting on a Withdraw from FT for a month. Not only has it been around a month, they have missed 2 seperate deadlines that THEY gave me.

That being said I'll let you know of a few differences that I've seen in RPM and other sites.

-I've sent emails to support and PM's to Full Tilts 2p2 reps over the last week. I haven't had a single response! I will GUARANTEE that RPMSeth would do everything possible to assist and at the VERY least he would reply to a simple PM or email.
-I don't see FTPDoug or FTPSean, or anyother reps, come into a thread and give players a "heads up" in advance on these types of issues. I do see RPMSeth, letting us know to expect the delays and actively keeping us updated.
-They have VIP options, though I don't have the details, it appears that this may help resolve some of the issues that some who are needing multiple big withrdraws. It appears that these options are better than other sites options. BTW, the transfers I'm waiting on from Full Tilt were converted to "Premium Bank Wire" and I was supposed to receive it on 2/10! Very much PREMIUM, IMO!

FWIW, you can read my posts in the Full Tilt Bank Xfer thread for exact details and dates on my pending withdraw on Tilt.

This is just another example why RPM>Full Tilt, IMO! There are way to many to go over though.
