I have no idea. This is for WU.

GL with temp or perm pre paid visa. If I were in your shoes I would start p2p transfer shopping now, as that's gonna give you better and quicker results.

You might want to try live chatting in at their webpage and not through the client. The support tab is useless and goes to Merge Support. The home page goes directly to RPM VIP Chat

You must state the payout amount or the currency received must be in US dollars. The clerk I used today had a hard time figuring out how to do this. Once she located the proper box all went smoothly.

The clerk I used yesterday checked a box that indicated that the currency be sent in US dollars. This is the default box but the default box will result in the currency being sent in US but received in Pesos.

If this happens to you do the following:

1. Set up another Money Transfer in RPM. Copy down the new person and city.

2. Head to your local Western Union. Once there call Western Union customer service. The clerk at your local Western Union can't help you. Cancel the Money Transfer. You will have to fill out a Receiver Form to get the funds back. On the form you are both sender and receiver. You will be given a new MCTN number for you to get your funds back. Cancelling and getting new funds back took about ten minutes. WU customer service was excellent.

3. Fill out a new Money Transfer Send form and put in new person, city, and country. Be sure that the clerk is positive that the box for the payout in US dollars. If this box is not checked correctly, you will have to go through the entire process again. Get your new MCTN number and enter in appropriate spot.

I don't think RPM was very helpful in resolving this situation. I sent an email to customer service and to RPMSeth. Response was extremely slow and no one told me how to resolve the situation, though they did tell me I had to talk to Western Union.

I also think that the instructions for the Money Transfer on RPM are not specific enough. It states to make sure the transfer is made in US dollars. I clearly made sure that the clerk knew this and, no fault to her, she thought she had done so. What needs to be made clear is that the payout needs to be in US dollars.

I also contacted Live Support. I asked what to do and the help person said I had to go through Western Union. I checked 2+2 and found someone who had gone through the same mixup and he gave me the exact steps to rectify the situation. I went back to Live Support and told the help person what I had found out at 2+2. The live help person said he had nothing to do with WU customer service.

I think RPM needs a FAQ on this so that folks can quickly find out what to do when they encounter the same problem.

One last unrelated quibble about RPM: I asked is the player funds are kept in a segregated account. Poker Stars did this. Full Tilt did not. The Microgaming skins that went into liquidation did not. I only have a small amount on RPM. Before I feel comfortable keeping larger amounts there this question needs to be answered.

Cliffs:

1. Western Union first attempt failed due to money payout not being in US dollars.
2. 2nd attempt successful.
Thx for posting this. Very helpful when I did the money transfer today. The agent was going to use local currency. I was able to correct beforehand. Cash in account within two mins after entering code. Looks like rpm updated instructions per your recommendation.

If anyone needs this, I can provide RPM for BOA or MoneyPak.

I'd like to deposit $2k on RPM. Is this feasible? What's the best way to do so? I'm thinking probably WU or WU online, preferably online.

My visa was declined 3 times and my account got suspended afterwards normal or common? Is it not possible to deposit with visa?

I tried both Visas..neither worked (and each of these Visas have worked many times on other offshore gaming sites). I've never used Western Union. Is it easy and what are the fees like? What do you guys use to load money onto RPM?

it's not easy to load money onto RPM, I agree with that one. If you go to a WU location the fee is about $10-$12.
I believe that RPM is not a room that allows player to player transfers.
I think that Usemywallet is an option but that will have fees as well.

Transfers are allowed.

Let me preface by saying, if you do your own legwork, you won't get threads full of misinformation and smarmy replies. There's a rather lengthy thread for people in your exact situation which can be found here

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/14...u-use-1009761/

The most convenient method to load on RPM atm is via Western Union. In that thread I linked you will find posts with detailed instructions on how to make your first WU deposit as quick and painless as possible. The fee for WU is set at $12 up to $1k. Minimum amount you can load is $100, so whether you load $100 or $1000 you're still paying the same $12.

RPM does in fact allow player to player transfers, although the Merge network is very stringent on its transfer policy. When I first joined RPM, I was told by live support (Merge) that I would have to wait three weeks from my first successful deposit to be able to transfer. I had already taken the necessary steps for player verification. The CSR told me my transfers would be automatically turned on after my 3 week "probationary" period. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen.

For UseMyWallet (UMW) you HAVE to be invited to use their service. So basically you have to go to an online casino/poker room, and have them contact UMW on your behalf. If everything's kosher, UMW will then send you an invite. Fact: When applying for a UMW invite through RPM, you must have at least one successful deposit. Of course there's fee's like any ewallet, after all its a business.

Exactly what KidSinister said. And 1BajillionKazillion+ to the fact that you saw the answer you were looking for with other thread names. So there really was no need to start this thread. In before close!

I never see anyone talk about click2pay as an option for RPM, why is that?

It probably has to do with Click2Pay not accepting US Customers for some time now. If you're lucky enough to have it, that's definitely an option.
