Re: RPM US player deposit options - Which do you use?

Dont change your mind about a cash transfer amount. Once you start it you are locked in to that one deposit. Had to contact support and am waiting for them to cancel it.

Been over an hour with no response from support. Been stuck in the Live Chat queue for 25 minutes and have gone from #5 to #4.

Ahhhh, ok I clicked the wrong Live Chat. Clicked VIP and was immediately connected.

You can cancel the deposit request and redo the cash transfer request different amount. I was going to deposit 500 dollars bit changed my mind and deposited onpy 200 after hearing how long it takes to clear the deposit bonus.

I have one question for thoes who uses usemywallet or quicktender. I just signed up by requesting an invite from rpm. I want to know how fast they transfer funds from you rpm account to the quick tender account. Would appreciated if you can let me.

Re: RPM US player deposit options - Which do you use?

best and easiest answer....
If your bank issued Visa doesn't work then,
Western Union for amounts > $100
P2P transfer for amounts < $100

.

Re: RPM US player deposit options - Which do you use?

Posted this elsewhere, and thought it might help some people:

You can try the other deposit methods as they might be cheaper but they may/may not work and WU will always work. WU cost $12 on amount under 1k, and on amounts over 1k charges $15/k.

Go to poker site, click deposit, cash transfer, write the amount and click submit/deposit and then from the next page write down the name, city, & country they want you send it to.

It will show a webpage with the instructions and your name filled in and a space for the "MTCN Number"

Leave the webpage up. Go to kroger or whatever place nearest you has western union.

Pick up a "Money Transfer" form (The "send" version)

Fill it out:
Under (1) Sender Information
"send amount in dollars: $" <- [How much to deposit]
"Expected payout location" <- [City, Country of the person you are sending it too, NOT YOUR LOCATION]

Fill out your name, address, & phone number

Check "Money in Minutes" under "(2) Choose a service"

Under "(3) Receiver information:
First Name: [FirstName you were told to send too]
Last Name: [LastName you were told to send too]

Sign the form, [I forgot to ask to make sure it was sent in dollars but it was]

Give the guy $deposit + fee

He will give you a receipt with a MTCN Number on it, buy beer to celebrate, go home, type in MTCN number in the box on web-page and click submit.

BOOM load up poker site and play.

I used WU and it really wasn't that bad. Took
About 5 minutes at the WU branch.

I'm reluctant to go for sites that are hard to deposit to. First, it makes me worry that exactly zero fish are also depositing. Second, I worry that it will be difficult to get money out.

Re: RPM US player deposit options - Which do you use?

Follow AceofSpades' instructions explicitly. Unfortunately, I closed out the screen after getting the necessary information for the Western Union agent. When I came back and relaunched RPM, I clicked deposit and cash transfer again, but there was nowhere for me to enter the MTCN. So, I had to wait for live support which is very similar to watching paint dry.

Wowzers u just blew my mind! THank u for this, I was really dreading having to use WU to deposit after my visas got rejected and not having an e-wallet. I just assumed i'd figure out a way to screw it up but step by step directions is the nuts. Thanks!

I just hope the cashouts wont be an issue, and +1 to fish not wanting to deposit through WU.

Re: RPM US player deposit options - Which do you use?

No worries guys! All these fishes (like myself ) you are worried about will do p2p transfers. Especially after they here more of their buddies are playing online again. It will be important that we transfer these guys money in upcoming future... So go buy a GreenDot reloadable card or get a Paypal acct to load on. 8)

Do realize that the US isn't the only place in the world that has fish. There are a ton of non US players playing here and it is still quite soft. The tournaments are like the softest I have ever seen. Granted I only play micro stakes cash and MTTs, I have played the $109 before and it was soft as hell, probably like worse than a $11 skill level on stars.

Secondly, I don't know how you consider western union to be a hard method to deposit. It's a well known company so fish feel fine using it, and it's not difficult.
