Remember when RPM would run great site-specific promotions that really made it stand out from every other Merge skin?

Remember when all the skins were poaching people from other sites by running under the table deals and that ruined all the nice promos for everyone?

Hey hey, yeah yeah...

I'm more concernd by that lack of activity in this forum by the RPM folks. There has been a lot going on at Merge and the only way you would know it is if you go to the Carbon forum for your news. I suspect a lot of people are doing the same and that leads to a healthy Carbon forum, which leads people to believe Carbon is healthier than RPM when making sign-up decisions.

Some items that have occured and gone unnanounced in here.

1) Consolidation of limits at LHE to help the LHE ecosystem
2) Elimination of the BBJ once the current one is hit.
3) Tweaks to the Poker Maximus schedule
4) expected changes to Limit rake structure.

I'm sure there has been more that I am forgetting. Why are our RPM reps so silent of late?

^this had made me no choice but to leave RPM and go over to Lock. There has been no communication on promos/future promos or anything for that matter. RPM is content with just being mediocre and because of that, their player base will suffer.

VIP Happy Hour was only announced after I made a thread on it. Seth responded saying it was in "testing" whatever that meant and would be introduced last week (It has been running on Carbon for the entire month). No updates on that.

I know I do this.. and I know several others that do the same. Carbon has the first maximus stuff up way before rpm did.. and Carbon seems to have a lot more interaction with their players.

i guess im the only one whose way happy playing on rpm? lol
very dissapointed in the race races ending tho!

No promotions for September?

Jon told me they'd be up on the website sometime today.

The September promotions have been updated on the RPM website.

Promos are up, same thing as last month except they removed 100k race rake and 125 seats to 125k and replaced it with double VIP happy hour.

no more rakeraches? no more 125k satty? thats ridiculous, im very dissapointed, i loved both of those, double points for a small period isnt even close to these 2 other gr8 promos.

i remember almost 90% rakeback not so long ago. 35% rb + two rake races + every 2000 hands on some day would give you $109 mtt ticket (exchange was $100 cash) and so on. it was nice while it lasted.

is there a reload bonus this month for PMII?
