The NEW Overdrive Club VIP Program

The brand new RPM Poker Overdrive Club VIP Program is an alternative to the Top Gear VIP Program that offers up to 45% cash back. This VIP Program resets on a monthly basis.

If you choose to be a part of the Overdrive Club rather than utilizing the lifetime Top Gear VIP Program, you must not spend or exchange your VIP Points on tournament entries or points to cash conversions. Doing so will render you ineligible to receive Overdrive Club Rewards, and will instead revert you to the Top Gear VIP Program. Members who opt to receive rewards via the RPM Poker Overdrive Club VIP Program cannot switch to the Top Gear VIP Program in the future. You can, however, switch from the Top Gear VIP Program to the Overdrive Club VIP Program.

If you are an Overdrive Club member, you will receive cash back into your account on the first day of the following month based on the payout table below. For instance, if you rake $3,000 in a calendar month, you will receive 45% of this amount back, directly into your account on the first day of the following month. If you rake $2,000 in the calendar month, you will receive back 40% of your rake, and so on.

Monthly Rake | Cash Back Percentage

$20-$499 – 20%

$500-$999 – 25%

$1,000 - $2,499 – 40%

$2,500+ - 45%

Each month RPM Poker will run VIP freerolls for members of the Top Gear VIP Program and the Overdrive Club VIP Program. These freerolls run on the last Sunday of every month starting at 13:30 Software time. There must be at least 5 players registered for the tournament to start.

This is somewhat disappointing. I see no value added for the casual player. Fingers crossed that the daily promos return next month.

The Monthly Freerolls which I can't even play because of scheduling conflicts.

Usually I can see some kind of silver lining in the promos, but not these. I realize that last month's promotions aren't going to happen every month, but at least throw a bone to the micro/rec players.

I wonder if this is due to new Merge restrictions on promos. Hope not.

RPM receives positive feedback on last month promos and for this month does a 180 and offers no daily promos. Genius.

What I was wondering.

Wait, does the new overdrive club actually lower the old rakeback percentage of 35% for people who rake less than $1000?.

Was hoping for some good promos, but instead you guys nerfed all the ones you already had and added nothing.

The 125 seats is okay, but the rest of this is virtually no value for anyone.

A promo that has allows offers $250 in value to 4 players on the entire site isn't much of a promo.

Plus you nuked the old overdrive club which actually offered value for a new one that is strictly worse than rakeback.

Rakeback players remain at 35% unless they choose to opt into one of the VIP programs.

No. Rakeback players must opt into the Overdrive Club VIP program. Once opted in their rakeback will be removed.

Am I missing it? Is the one check fee reimbursement allowed for July?

Im back in Europe from one semester in US. At european peek time is on Merge terrible traffic but i was still playing because of promos. When I saw July promos somewhere in my mind just start one song

Hmm, so there are no daily promos, no bonuses, and in order to get Overdrive or Top Gear you have to switch to the VIP program - which would reset all of your levels from RB.

If in July RPM had allowed a free switch to the VIP program as one giant promo, it would somehow make sense but this lack of promos is completely awful.

here is absolutely no reason to play X number of hands at any time, and one has to game select the hell out of it, to counteract this -EV move by RPM. Given the low player pool as it is, one might as well take a month off. This is the only move RPM management will understand, as the promos do contribute to our winnings in more ways than they seem to think, and are always smaller than the rake. Even with the 100K ticket/10k hands promo was initially used to make sure the 100k Guaranteed has a sufficient number of players.

Definitely the worst month for promos so far. RPM is making it easier for me to play on the other network.
