really... 2 threads were necessary? Did you check your spam folder... made sure you typed in your email addy correctly.. made sure you didn't delete by accident.. or sent a nice pm to rpmseth?

Yeah the support also seems to take a long time in responding to emails.

And there is issues with the forgot pw feature. Issues as in it doesn't work. At all.

no, 2 threads wernt necessary, and rpmseth is welcome to delete them if he feels they make his forum look bad. But sweet jesus,the support is nonexistent and why the email verif number isnt automatic? its flabbergasting that a new site, with all that competition around, can mess up the easy stuff to get right.

and icewolf,yea everything is good on my end and like i said rpmseth can delete my impatient crap if he wants to.

It took me about 24h.

Depositing money for the first time should be much easier IMO. My first impression of RPM wasn't that great because of this. But everything is OK now

BTW should I do the ID verification thing now so that the withdrawal process would go a bit smoother?

As far as the support emails go, we had a lot of them bounce last night because of the client downtime, but all is fixed. We pride ourselves on the support that we offer, so we're doing all we can.

Weegs --- it's always easier to do the ID verification before you make a withdrawal. It's becoming standard these days, so if you're ready to do it, contact support and make it happen.

seth,i just received the emails...5 days after i registered. of course i got it sorted manually 3 days ago with support but you might wanna look into why people get their verif number 5 days after they sign up.

ive been playing the last 3 days and i like it so far there is good nlhe fr action so you do have a new customer that plays every night,thanks for being here as well.

Most players who sign up for a poker site want to start playing immediately. By not sending the e-mail instantly some if not most players will look elsewhere and most likely cause you to lose business and tell others to go elsewhere to play. Can you please do something to speed up the verification it will benefit your company tremendously. live chat only told me to e-mail support.

We had a known issue with our e-mail over the past few days, but the problem has been sorted out completely.

When you sign up at RPMPoker.com, you'll receive the verification e-mail immediately.
