I have talked to RPM Jon on a few occasions about a payout that made zero sense (2 people left and I received less than 2nd place money) when the servers mysteriously shut down and tournaments were canceled. He told me a few times that he would forward it to the right people and more than a week later, still no word. Not too upset about this, but come on.

I also sent a HH with a hand which I flopped Quads and 4 days later, nothing. I appreciate that the support is there to talk to you, but I'd like to see something actually get done..
