I have talked to RPM Jon on a few occasions about a payout that made zero sense (2 people left and I received less than 2nd place money) when the servers mysteriously shut down and tournaments were canceled. He told me a few times that he would forward it to the right people and more than a week later, still no word. Not too upset about this, but come on.

I also sent a HH with a hand which I flopped Quads and 4 days later, nothing. I appreciate that the support is there to talk to you, but I'd like to see something actually get done..

Wait do you have to flop quads or can you just get quads? I hit quads yesterday and didn't think anything know anything about a bonus ?
