Do all bonuses clear at the same rate?

Ton of bonuses going on(initial deposit,Pit Crew Friday,supercharged saturday, overdrive club, king of the road).

Do they stack and do some clear at faster rates than others?

Also, how do these clear(increment size?)?

pretty sure they all clear at 75 VIP points/$1 and yes they can stack... also idk about other bonuses but my deposit bonus clears in $10 increments

All of our bonuses clear at a rate of 75 VIP Points per $1 unless otherwise noted.

think he's talking about this bonus when he says noted

does the deposit bonus get credited to ur account as soon as u get 375 vip points or do you guys update my cashier daily or weekly?
