Is it true you have to go to an actual physical location or can you do this online as well? I read somewhere on these forums that said you have to go to a location.

You can do it online, i had friends who did it, whenever I did it thought, i went to the place at local supermarkets. Make sure you want the $$ sent in USD $ or youll get a big headache trying to fix it.

Yes online is fine but you need to have a wu account. Easy to deposit then and mind the USD thing.
