I made a deposit using Western Union. There was an error in the details and I was told that the issue would be resolved promptly. I have contacted RPM many times and I am continually getting the response that "they are working on it." It is very clear that no one is working on it, for what reason I do not know.

They will not give me the e-mail of the deposit department--does anyone know it? I am very frustrated at the horrible customer service.

We have received your emails and we have forwarded your inquiries to the cashier's department so it can be looked into further. I understand you've been waiting, but please continue to be patient so we can get to the bottom of this for you!

Really???? I have been frustrated lately w/ RPM but its not b/c of customer service, lol. They told you they were working on it - then you claim to know they are not???? How do you know this????? You said there was an error in the details (likely an error from your end) and your mass emailing them and complaining about customer service when they tell you they are working on it for you????

Mind you its been only 24 hours or less, lol.

Get a grip man, have a little patience.

do you get an email confirmation when you withdraw?, I did one on friday and my account says it requires a manual approval.
