Connection Error... while updating installation

For some reasons I'm not able to connect and play on RPM. I tried to turn on RPM and I got the "updating Installation" window but after for a few seconds the message "Connection error.... Retrying. please check your internet connection." My internet connection is fine. I'm able to connect to a different Merge skin. I tried to install a brand new software but it's still didn't work. Please let me know how I can fix this. BTW I'm using mac version.
