Im still trying to get my money out anyway possible. Im from UK and put the money in using Visa debit, try taking it out they dont give you any decent options to take the money out and most if not all charge a fee. They let me put the money in easily and when i want to take it out i have to confirm who i am with bank statements and passport. I emailed them many times asking what i need to send them, they dont even read the emails and just say go to live chat. Live chat is always down when i have looked maybe thats standard because of the timezones? Safe to say i wont be putting anymore money into RPM again

That's because you are trying at 6:45 AM CST. I believe they start their live chat about 5 hours from then and lasts 12 hrs so I'm sure you can find some window of opportunity no matter where you live.
