Its CDT or EST, GMT-5, so if you on east coast and on daylight savings time then it is -1 hour from your clock. If on west coast and on daylight savings then it is 2 hours ahead of your clock.

I'm still confused. I'm mountain time, so two hours behind east coast. What time (locally for me) can I expect this shutdown? 1 AM ?
