Is anyone happy with this site? Is anyone happy with this site?

is is true you can only cash out 1 check at a time? meaning it takes roughly 3 weeks for a check to be approved and then the next processes, so you can only get 1 check every 3 weeks? Sadly most of my "withdraws" thus far were trading money off or taking a single check, but as far as I know you can only withdraw 1 check per 3 weeks.....how could anyone play for a living with that system?

not sure. Consequences of the DOJ actions. Most professional salaried positions just get paid once at the end of the month.

they refuse to fix the limit rake even though its double or more the rake of most every other site.. so no I am not happy with this site. I feel they could fight harder for us and dont.

So why don't you guys want anyone to know that you delete posts that are unfavorable to your poker site? Is posting that information some violation of the terms of service of this website or RPM poker? Why do you keep deleting my posts? For that matter, I've always assumed that the reason I never get a response here is that when I'm playing poker and posting you all are in a different time zone. But you delete my posts within minutes. So who's watching the site then and why are you deleting legitimate posts?

In the coming weeks RPM Poker will have a number of features that are very unique in addition to the highly regarded customer service.
This is what I was told in an email about 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard of any new features, what are they?

This is one thing that I respect about Lock. Even with all the complaints they get they don't really delete threads or posts.

Seth has said before that this is a sponsored support forum and that they have the right to delete any posts they want. And they exercise that right on a regular basis. Can't really blame them -- they're here to advertise and resolve complaints. They don't want a bunch of posts constantly harping on how bad they suck, how slow cashouts are, etc.

Honestly, if I was them, I'd have the ignore button on you, too, considering the generally denegrating and abusive tone you take with them.

If you don't like the site, why do you even play there?

I agree. If you were badmouthing Mason Malmuth you'd get the axe not just posts deleted. There is no reason why RPM should put up with your posts.

totally true, agree with top 2 posts, with the USA poker climate being so bad right now i think Jon and Seth do a great job, and were always polite with me, most problems people have are with MERGE,not the individual skins

I have been having cashout problems! I have talked to jon who doesnt answer anything you ask him. he kinda just goes around what you asking. I have written emails to rpm just to also get the run around!.Here is my deal I did my cashout 6 weeks ago on monday. i wrote rpm about once a week to make sure no delays or anything was happing and the answer was always no about 5 days till my 4th week mark was the last time i was told no delays. so i was like great my money will be here soon since i have been told 2 to 4 weeks for the past month! well i wake up check my email and found out guess what there is a delay! yeah right on the 4th week mark I find that fishy if you ask me. I have played at other sites and they know a head of time not on the date your check should be approved its bs. so i wrote them and then got a email saying it was a mistake that my money would be approved very soon so i wrote back and said im confused whats going on. then i got a email from someone else saying its going to be 6 to 8 weeks RPM can not get there stuff together i have had a run around for the last 2 weeks. 6 weeks will be monday and still nothing! i think the site is going under or something idk but once my money is here i will be going back to bovada at least they let you know a head of time and you can call them. when your on live jon doesnt really give you a answer or if you write emails same thing i dont get written back most the time from them so im done once my money gets here thats if it does!

Sorry to hear about what you are going through. RPM like all other skins on the Merge network do not handle cashouts. All cashouts are handled centrally by Merge. Merge is pretty hush hush about financial transactions probably do to the nature of dealing with payment processors and getting funds to US players. Hopefully you will receive your check soon.

cool story bro. what the **** do you think all of us players have to deal with? you're not special. we're all waiting too. deal with it, or don't. it's the U.S. government's fault

some sites are better than others at breaking the law. it is what it is

Why such a long hold on transfered funds. I belong to a staking site and find it nearly impossible to invest in people when my money is constantly on hold for over 4 days sometimes. With all the transfers going back on forth between people on my account, sometimes I have no money available to transfer and miss out on some decent investments.

I sent support a message asking to lift limitations and explained my situation. I agree that you need to protect form fraudulent activity, but holding funds for almost a week is a bit ridiculous imo.

This rule has been set by Merge and cannot be altered in any way.

Ok I do understand that us usa players are having problems but my main problem is they are lying about stuff! I don't know what your deal is TeflonDawg but you dont have to be a ass...anyways I have a friend who did a cashout 4 days after mine and he has his money already and i looked it up on sites to see when ppl did a cashout when it got approved and when they got the money. there was a few who got there money and they did there cashout after me i told jon this and he said there is no way since first comes first serve and its bs i know for a fact since my friend got his money already my only problem with rpm is that they give the run around and to me thats not good like i said i have played at other sites so i know it can take awhile but other sites seem to know whats going on with the money you ask rpm and they act like they have no clue..... and thats pretty bad business I have even asked jon if he could give me the email to someone higher so i can just check whats going on and how long the delay would take and he told me there was on one higher..thats my problem with them i know we have to wait sometimes but come on they need to have answers and not call us liars they need to look into stuff because its not first come first serve and its not the amount my friend cashout 1200 mine was just 440. Also a downside is you cant put more money in your account till the cashout is approved and cashouts are taking 2 months right now so i would play somewhere else like i said bovada is approved fast cashout can be slow or fast at times and not so many donks.
